Dr. Rahman Subrati, MD

This review is for everyone looking for the best Primary care doctor in Montville. Dr. Rahman Subrati is the best doctor that I have come across. He cares for the patient and quickly gets the best advice. I had a big scare of liver cancer & Mr. Subrati called me over the weekend and ordered an MRI in a day and got the exception preapproval in a day which would have taken more than four days from Insurance and got the result in a day no doctor will do that. Only two folks in the Montville Family PRACTICE who are compassionate and very humble: Craig, the admin manager, and Dr. Rahman Subrati. A very humble and compassionate doctor with good knowledge of medical science, and I would rate him 10/10.

A doctor that listens to what you need to say. Great in dealing with patients, and very knowledgeable. You feel like he's really trying to help.

Last November I moved to Montville from NY. I was referred to Dr Subrati by my brother in-law. I must tell you that Dr. Subrati is the most compassionate, caring man I have ever met. His warm approach to his diagnosis is a pleasure to focus my attention on. He is genuinely concerned in my health and well - being. God Bless this man.....I have found his practice to be exceptional. I have a very complicated, year-old problem. I was given to this doctor because my doctor wasn't available. He 'missed' the fact that I have a lifelong allergy history and ordered a scan using contrast. The staff missed it as well? Seems it's more important to build his practice (he's in part-time) at the expense of the patient waiting for any help? This is all wrong. 'Someone' at the font desk makes mistakes, then blames YOU, also helpful. Needs full time hours. You suffer needlessly.

I moved to the NJ area and am in need of a new family doctor. Dr Subrati was in my health plan, he was highly recommended by his staff and his reviews were pretty high. My only complaint was that 15 minutes is not enough to gather all of the necessary health history on a new patient in her 40's. Other than that, he is attentive and seems knowledgeable but I really didn't have enough time with him to really make that assessment. But I do plan on giving him a second chance as he is likable.
