Saved my dad's life
Dr. Garg saved my dad. He was non-symptomatic and had 4 blockages. The 'widow maker' being one of them at 95% blockage. Previous doctor 'not in Rome' never found this. We are so thankful for Dr. Garg and his team.

I had a very complicated case. Dr. Gary was assigned to me in the hospital. He was very thorough and read all of my tests and procedures himself. Very impressed and grateful for his assessment and support.

The first time I met him was at Gordon Hospital. He drove all the way from Rome to Calhoun for me, first thing in the morning, someone he didn't even KNOW. He performed a cardiac catherization and it went well. He's got a good bedside manner, a great diagnostician and I trust him with my life. I don't say that about anyone else, as I've had bad experiences before him. Dr. Garg is my doctor of choice in this state. I'm a tough patient with doctors and we get along just fine. Thank GOD for him and his knowledge.

My mother went for a scheduled appointment for cardio cauterization this morning and was told the apportionment was cancelled by the doctor because her insurance was not approved. She proceeded to call her insurance company and put them on speaker and they advised she was indeed approved 100 percent. She had a previous procedure scheduled for a biopsy of a mass on her lung which has to be rescheduled due to the findings of a blockage of which is why she was scheduled to see Dr. Garg. Now she has to start all over and wait for another appointment to be rescheduled which is absolutely unnecessary since her insurance has approved. The Insurance company has told my mother that they are filling a complaint against the doctor. She will be finding a new doctor to see but in the meantime what if she has a heart attack or has cancer in her body that is spreading due to the lack of competency from this doctor? Dr Garg and your staff, do you have any empathy for your patients whatsoever?

So far I haven't been to impressed. He saw me & was skeptical about my reported symptoms. Had me wear a monitor for 24hrs, then realized I wasn't making them up. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting on a test to be performed & my symptoms are getting worse. No sense of urgency & no communication. Will advise if things change.

I felt at ease with him the moment I met him. Very efficient and takes time to explain what is going on. I drove 61 miles 5 times to use him. I am not one bit sorry. Would recommend him to anyone.
