Dr Gilotra was not like this years ago. He was attitude has truly been devastating. The staff has been terrible since a young lady named India has been gone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
This doctor other than being super rude was extremely unhelpful, refused to even listen to my grandmother ( the patient ) and said her pain was a lie. Do not take your loved ones here nor yourself this man does not care for his patients and will be extremely rude as all his reviews everywhere and anywhere state, do not waste your time or money.

Rudeness
I've been going to Dr. G for years. This last visit I found him to very Rude! This was much to my surprise and I'm still so very angry about it. Talking down to your Patient is poor Business Practice!

Dr. Gilotra efused to see me (had been my doctor for 15 years) after an ER visit because I took a medication prescribed by a specialist which gave me a life-threatening reaction. I had to find a different practice (the new doc is nice but not as good). His front office is incompetent. Try to get your prescriptions refilled–they do not accept fax requests from pharmacies and you have to beg the staff for your refills. The stress is unimaginable.

5 months ago - Had to go to the hospital for pain, and stayed for less than 24 hours. He showed up for 5 minutes prior to my release, and recommended immediate surgery. Got a second opinion (immediate surgery not needed) a month later. I keep getting bill from his office, but unable to reach at the number (301-569-8172) for billing questions.

Great salesman... However in hurry to close the deal! No phone manners! He is good at procedure but clearly does not understand the meaning of the word "Patient: We pay his bills! Patient: Able to accept or tolerate delays, problems, or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious. "be patient, your time will come"

Dr Gilotra was not like a lot of doctors I've been to he listened to my signs and symptoms didn't hurry me out he was genuinely concerned,very patient kind and understanding.
