Dr Patel has been my internist for the past 10 years. He is an exceptional physician who takes time to listen to his patients and address their concerns.
His referral network is also excellent. Whenever he has referred me to a doctor for a specific specialty they have exhibited the same manner and high standards.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Patel, he saved my life. I was having episodes of being short of breath over the weekend and continued on Monday. I called the office and they gave me an appointment. After discussing my symptoms extensively, he ran an EKG and I was fine. He was not satisfied and sent me for further testing at the hospital. I was diagnosed with DVT behind by right knee and with Pulmonary Embolisms. (Yes, more than one.) . I was released on Wednesday afternoon and his office called me Thursday morning, he wanted to see me. We need more caring doctors like this!

I was referred to Dr. Patel by a friend who said he would take the time to listen, discuss options and did not have an ego that would get in the way! She was right. Not only did he live up to his reputation but he saved my life! Upon my first visit, for a yearly check up, he diagnosed me with a complete heart conductivity block, sent me to the hospital for immediate care, a pacemaker was implanted and on my way back to good health! I highly recommend Dr. Patel!

I feel extremely lucky to have found Dr Patel, who accurately diagnosed my mom and treated her. I expected to be skeptical since finding a good primary care Dr can be difficult. Dr Patel was extremely thorough, spent time with my mom and me, asking many questions, asking for data and past test results. I could see him putting the pieces of this puzzle together thoughtfully and not simply jumping to write a scrip.
His office followed up and impressed me when I called several times with questions.

Most thorough doctor I have ever been to, hands down! Explains in terms the layperson can understand, and not offended by questions. His staff are all bright, always cheerful, and helpful. I never had a doctor do such complete and comprehensive labs and referrals. I've had some lengthy waits, but that let's me know he takes whatever time is needed with patients, I know he has with me!

Dr Patel is an excellent doctor, one that I highly recommend. He very thorough, which I believe saved my life. Dr Patel scheduled an EKG and echocardiogram for me every year. He noticed an abnormality in the echocardiogram results this year and referred me to a cardiologist. Further tests showed that I had 5 blocked arteries for which I recently underwent successful bypass surgery. I was a walking heart attack waiting to happen and I truly believe Dr Patel's thoroughness saved my life.

I had a recent experience that verified Dr Patel is a really great doctor.
I was out of town when I began having difficulty breathing. I called Dr Patel and told him I was going to drive home and would be in his office the next day. He told me "do not drive home; instead go immediately to the nearest Hospital Emergency and have a Chest Scan with Contrast done to Rule Out PE". The tests proved blood clot(s) had migrated to my lungs. Due to Dr Patel's quick response to my need, I am alive today.

i was impressed with doc patel my son recommened him highly so i decided to give him a try well im glad i did he cares about his patients and the staff is great i waited a little but once we got in i realized why because they spend time with you and he examines you and then has a sit down conference with you which is nice you leave feeling informed and at ease thanks doctor patel

Dr. Patel is an amazing Dr. who truly cares about the person and takes the time needed to ensure 1. That you understand his diagnosis, 2. Why you are there - he asks questions and listens, 3. Ensures that you are understanding the process to get well.
His bedside manner is top notch, and in a age of in and out Dr, he takes time with each patient I it makes me and my entire family appreciate his style and his professionalism.

My husband & I have been a patient of Dr Patel since moving down to Florida 10 years ago. We find him to be very knowledgeable in the medical field. He has a charming personality, is very caring and we consider him not a just our doctor, but a friend. He is always available to answer any questions we have. He recently was very concerned that there was a trace of blood in my husbands urine. He recommended top notch specialists. Thankfully, he made sure that we followed through.

Dr Patel surrounds himself with excellent peoplE, both in his staff and referrals.
