So unprofessional! They fail to call back for follow up or for shots due or even physicals. They call to give the worst news over the phone. She is dismissive judgmental and rude. Mica is the only good doctor in that office. The rest are just completely horrible!!!

Good doctors office but they have a horrible system when it comes to appointment times. Expect to wait up to an hourand forty five minutes after your appointment time to get seen. Work on your time management please. Working in the medical field myself i know that it's difficult to seen patients with in a timely manner but if it's going to take this amount of time then make the time longer and don't book back to back allow more time in between

Don't even bother!! Dr. Valencia is never available. If your child is sick, they never have appointments available. They advise you to go to urgent care or the ER . Sloppy at keeping records as well. My son was 17 yrs old when they realized he had not received all of his vaccinations . He had gone here for 17 yrs. By the time they had an available appointment, he would be 18 and they would no longer see him. Dr. Valencia does not care about her patients!

Bad service the receptionist gave me a hard time...Told me to come in for a walk on twice because my son needs his shots & he's 3 months old & when I went both times she said I could not be seen because Walk in appointments were not available..I thought to myself why would she tell me to go for a walk-in & deny my son from being seen there's no point on doing walk ins if you are still required to make an appointment? It's stupid? So now I have to wait another month until my son can get his shots

The staff at this doctor's office are definitely kid friendly. My complaint is on scheduling apptmnts and the ridiculous wait times. The last two times I scheduled an apptmnt it was 3 months out for a physical and shot updates. RIDICULOUS! Then every single time I have taken my children in for a scheduled apptmnt, on time, it is at least a two hour wait. This is outrageous, my time is valuable. I am changing my pediatrician- appointment scheduled August 25th. Fix your scheduling! Hire more staff

Dr is never there. Michaela , the nurse practitioner, has diagnosed my kids with things they don't have and is always wrong. Cannot stand her! Went here for six years, switched drs this year.

Always was at the office for 1-2 hours. They overbook. And the staff isn't very friendly. I felt uncomfortable every time I took my son there. Would not recommend.
