I requested Dr. Patel after I have been having issues getting in touch with Dr. Thomas. I had been trying to get in touch both via phone and portal since June. When the navigator called to again change my appt with her. I told the navigator to recommend someone else. She suggested Dr. Patel and it was a great choice!!! I am grateful for the Navigator and Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel listened and addressed all of my concerns honestly and thoughtfully. He presented all options for treatment and surveillance as well as his professional recommendations. I felt like a collaborator in my healthcare which has not always been my experience with other providers.

I had previously seen Dr. Cotto in the same office and she was awful. Dr. Patel and his staff have renewed my faith in this office. Everyone was attentive and extremely nice. Dr. Patel listened and thoroughly explained everything to me. While I do have health issues he made me feel much better.
