Rudeness
The front staff is very unprofessional and very rude ! If you ask them something the cut you off and don’t listen at all! Appointment schedule at 3 pm and we sitting still at 4:30 pm in the waiting room !I am the driver of a family member and my time is very important and I am on the timeframe! It’s time to look for a professional other doctor and friendly front office staff!

The office staff doesn't seem to care enough about the patients health care problems. They are very rude! I am not currently receiving the medical treatment I need for my conditions. I should've chosen and researched a better doctor's office for me and my child's health

It is so strange. My first appointment at this clinic was with Mr Amin. We sat in his office, and he assisted me with all of my issues. Now the wait is bad. I am very impatient so I always take bring something with me so occupy my time to any appt. As far as the elderly not being able to find seat it seems to me that the people in the waiting area should offer their seat to them, and if that does not happen they can ask for a chair from the receptionist.

Wait is anywhere from an hour to 4 or more. Not sure why they book so many appointments in one day when it takes this long. Any time I come my doctoresume maybe talks to me for 10 minutes. The office has no AC and they make elderly patients wait hours also. Office staff is extremely rude and have no manners. I wanted to give them another chance but I will not be back.

This place is horrible. Went in with severe pain from herniated disc. Waited 4 hours just to be called to the reception window. Waited another hour after that. no doctors work there. Only nurse practitioners. Perscribed me medication that I couldn't take because I was already taking the same thing with a different name. Glad I asked my pharmacist before I took it. No one wants to call you back for follow up treatment (I've called 7 times in 3 days) called my insurance Co and changed doctors.
