Dr. Rajdeep Saini, MD

Dr. Saini was the first doctor we saw after I left the hospital with my baby. She was warm, welcoming and patient. We continued to see her ever since, our baby is now 2 years old. I wish there was more doctors like Dr. Saini. I always felt heard and valued in my decisions while receiving good care for my baby.

Dr. Saini has been taking care of my son since he was born and is everything you could want in a pediatrician! From guiding me through a very colicky baby, to starting solids, to sick visits I have left every visit with all my questions answered and feeling confident. She is knowledgably and reassuring especially when I sometimes feel like a frantic mommy. Her warm bedside manner goes above and beyond, my son is always at ease while being examined. Highly recommend!

We have two children under Dr. Saini's care. She has been magnificent. She has a wonderful bedside manner, engages very easily with the children, and is a fountain of information. She has encouraged us throughout our parenting journey, and provided lots of support and advice, without a hint of judgment. We started with Dr. Saini at Tribeca Pediatric's Greenpoint office, but have followed her to other offices as she moved locations - even though they were further away - because of our trust in her. We couldn't ask for a better pediatrician.

We love Dr. Saini! She is a wonderful doctor who always takes the time to speak to us as new parents and educate us about what’s going on with our little one. Our son loves her and she is so calming to be around. She is on time, professional, consistent, knew us well and responded quickly when we called. Could not have asked for a better pediatrician. She is the best out there!

I brought my son in because of a rash. When the doctor came in- I told her I was looking forward to meeting her because our previous doctor was no longer available and I saw great reviews about her. From there on, it went poorly. No questions were asked about me or my son. All she could do was reprimand him- he is 20 months old. I don't even think the assessment she did was trustworthy, because all she could do was actually run out of the room after looking at him. No compassion at all. I don't care how bad your day is going- if you are a pediatrician- you should show warmth to a concerned parent and baby.

We recently saw Dr. Saini for the first time. My son has asthma and he had more attacks than usual over the past winter. Dr. Saini took the time to go over and explain the reasons for the different medications and when to use them, we came up with a plan. It was really helpful. She was patient and very nice.

Dr. Saini is wonderful, warm, and really great with explaining things. She’s been our pediatrician for over two years now. We’re going to be leaving the city soon, and we’ll miss her! She was great.

Dr. Saini was wonderful with our son. We've been seeing her since he was a newborn. He was born pre-mature and she was a wealth of information and guidance. I really appreciated how she explained his developmental milestones as a premie compared to full term kids. We've actually followed her from her previous location.

Dr. Saini told me there was no way my son had the flu. I should have insisted on a test, as the next day my son tested positive for the flu at another doctor's office. In addition, her manner was incredibly patronizing and presumptuous. For example, she said parents often get annoyed when children's coughs go on for a long time. This kind of assumption about me probably contributed to her missing my son's flu diagnosis.

This doctor should not be practicing pediatrics!! She showed zero compassion towards my two year old son with a double ear infection! He was fussy and crying and she had the nerve to tell me to reschedule when he wasn't "like this"?! Completely unacceptable. She was also condescending and very rude to me, his mother. As if it was the first time a child had cried in her office? She should find another field if she doesn't have the patience for children.
