i'm done
Waiting for over an hour is standard, my most recent appointment I waited for over an hour and a half, to be seen for less than 10 minutes. Then I was humiliated in front of the entirety of the waiting room when he proceeded to have a very private conversation with me within earshot of the other patients and the staff. This should've taken place in the exam room and not in public. I left the office in tears. I will never go back.

No respect for time
Walked out of an appointment they rescheduled because I didn’t have the time they expect you to wait to be seen. Dr Gupta was too busy discussing golf in his office. Don’t waste your time or energy.

Very poor waste of time
Always a long waiting period in the office and especially in the exam room, sometimes over an hour. Today my wife and I sat on an 80 degree exam room for over an hour while Gupta argued with someone on the phone! I've never seen anything like it,!

Late
Haven't even gotten the chance to see him yet and I've been here since 8am when they open. He's still not in. Its just as the other reviews say he doesnt care about time. Come on man its a work day for me too and I'm taking time off to see you and put forth my hard earned money for some health help. Doubt I will be returning...

Dr. Gupta is good when diagnosing different issues but has no value for others time. For a 8.00 am appointment if you are lucky he will show up by 8.45 am.

Dr. Gupta is inconsiderate of his patients time. I've made several appointments for 9am and he walks into the office over a half hour late everytime. If you have an afternoon appointment expect to wait 2 + hours to be seen. The receptionists are rude, prescriptions take over a week to be sent into the pharmacy. His attitude suggest he doesn't care anymore and my family is looking for a new primary physician.
