Disappointed, not receiving comprehensive care
My first appointment with him was fairly reflective of the five star reviews on here. Since then, I've found him to be lacking in knowledge, time, and care for my health needs. The labs he partners with do not offer comprehensive STD testing. The second physical I had with him he was in the room for two minutes, asked me if I was feeling ok, and then left. Recently I wanted to talk to him about going on a medication. I know for a fact that there is a process to going on this very well-known preventative medicine. There is also longer-term, consistent, testing involved in being on it. He prescribed it to me over the phone, told me I didn't need to get any tests done, and generally didn't make me feel comfortable about the process. In fact, he seemed to have very little knowledge of the medicine. So much so that I'm now waiting to go on it until I have a different doctor. I need basic, comprehensive, care and he is not providing it. Either he doesn't have the time or he doesn't care.

Dr. Prasad and Martha were super helpful! Last time I went before he moved offices, he was straightforward and direct--which was helpful as I asked him many questions about my Bels Palsy.

Dr Raj Prasad, I think one of a best and knowledgable doctor in the Los Angeles area I know.and the staff also very helpful whenever we visit the clinic
