Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor who listens and cares about her patients. No excuses, you better care about yourself and do what she proposes, she can tell. Hahaha. She’s on your side! Very intelligent and kind doctor.

Patient treatment from staff and Dr.
I saw Dr. Patel a few days ago and had breathing issues. She recommended medication It is now three days later still no prescription called in. Called today on June 17 and they said they would have the doctor call it in. Called several hours later still has not been sent in. I’m not complaining to complain I need this medication to help me And I keep getting to see me answer. The doctor has not called it in. I am extremely disappointed as it’s affecting my health. No one seems to care all they do is pass the torch. Quite disappointed and how I was treated. Stafford Road to my wife and myself on several occasions for all the good is gonna do. I wish Dr. Kapadia was with us as the staff never treated us like that when he was around I still don’t have my medication Friday and is now late Monday afternoon.

Review after One Year
I am new to Florida and was concerned about finding a Dr who was well educated and experienced. My primary care physician recommended the doctor whose practice she acquired. I was worried until I read her resume and experience. I then read the ratings and was a bit uneasy. However, I decided to move ahead and make an appointment. After all I could go else where if I did not like her approach or bedside manner. I could not believe how nice and friendly she was. She took time to answer all my questions. She made me feel at ease. Her staff was great too. She was really concerned about my needs and help me understand the medical language. She is not only a good Doctor but a great educator especially in the field of medicine. I felt I understood my condition and the way ahead. All I can say to others is give her a try. You will be surprised at her bedside manner and knowledge.

Rude and No Follow Thru!!
Dr. Patel is probably one of my top 5 worst doctors. She is very hard to talk to between talk over you and I dont feel she has any real concern about her patients. I was left a message my appt was being cancelled bc she was overbooked and never called me to reschedule. It has been almost a year to the date I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and still no machine or phone call from the company they use. Good luck if you can ever get anyone on the phone and if you do its pretty much as rude as Dr Patel!
