I had a telecom appointment with them , they called me an hour and half earlier, then when I told them they need to call me when the appointment is scheduled they never called again and lied to insurance that they actually called me.

Dr. Boparai has been the first doctor I have been too that not only brings professionalism and great knowledge but also can relate to her patients, takes the time to truly understand them and honestly does wonders to ensure that their health is taken care of.she is an amazing doctor that I will continue to go to for as long as possible!!

She takes her time to listen and spends time with you and genuinely cares about her patients . Follow up is great and My Care on YRMC gives great access to her with questions . I started with her when I was having Back surgery and I have been with her for over two years . Highly Recommended
