I am a Navy veteran of over 35 years and have been to many physicians all over the world and I will tell you Dr Dhawan is as good as it gets. None better. Staff is super as well.

Dr. Dhawan was a very knowledgeable and down to earth Doctor, I would recommend him to anyone. I would give 10 stars if I could. The staff was very friendly and professional.The office was incredibly warm and inviting.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent treatment I received at TIDEWATER LUNG & SLEEP CENTER. Approximately four weeks ago, I underwent a sleep study at your facility. Following this, it took three weeks for me to receive an appointment to discuss the results and the next steps in my treatment plan.My scheduled appointment was last Friday at 4 o'clock. I had spoken to your staff the week prior, during which I did not object to paying the copayment. However, when your office attempted to reach me on Friday regarding my appointment, I missed the call. Upon listening to the voicemail left by your staff, I was shocked to learn that you were demanding the copayment before discussing my results with me, and subsequently canceled my appointment.It is crucial to emphasize the significance of this appointment for me. I have been seeing Dr Dhawan for about 5 years. He spends time with me and has bent over backwards to see I have everything I need. I travel further just to have him for my doctor. He is excellent!!

I have Asthma and Dr. Dhawan has been my Pulmonologist for the past 10 years. He has a wonderful bedside manner, is caring and never rushes you out. He also takes the time to answer all my questions and listens to my concerns. I would recommend Dr. Dhawan if your looking for a good doctor.

Dr Dhawan cared for my husband WH Millan for 5 years. He had pulmonary fibrosis and passed away in 2013. Dr Dhawans bedside/office manner was gentle, sincere and never rushed. Even with us (myself and my daughter). With the survey, fortunately, I have never had to schedule an 'urgent" appt. so unable to eval that but I'll give it a 5. Its actually not applicable.
