He is very unprofessional. Does not listen to your needs. Does not care to help. Will take you off your prior regiment and leave you with no option for help. Does not work with other doctors in network. The office staff does not do their job as well. In fact, will lie and tell you they are doing something then after 2 phone calls find out they did absolutely nothing and then tell you to use Google and do it yourself. I asked them why they did not do my referral and she said they don't. I ask her then what did they do. She hung up. Completely unacceptable behavior. Come to find out they charged me for things like a physical and they literally did nothing at all except can my regiment I had just got back on that I have desperately needed to stay on to function daily waiting to get shots for slipped disc, pinch nerve, and a deteriorating ankle joint. They never even looked at my medical records even though in same network. So, they over-billed me to help make my life worse? Do not trust!

My husband and I used to refer to him as "Dr. NotMyBag" or "Dr. Z-Pak" because his answer for any ailment or complaint seemed to be either one or the other. Office staff could be brusque and/or awkward more often than not. Thankfully I live out of state now with a fantastic internist. This was my least favorite primary care physician experience.

I've been seeing Dr. Miner for a few years. I don't understand the negative reviews, I think he's a great doctor. Every time I've needed to see him, I've been able to get right in, and he's always fixed what was wrong. He's friendly and very good at answering questions and giving advice.

Have known Dr. Miner for about ten years. He always takes the time needed to help me understand what I need to know about any particular problem or condition. He listens well, and is up-to-date on the current best practices, as far as I can tell. He is personable, not particularly flamboyant, but down-to-earth; he genuinely cares about you and your health. I trust him, and his operation is well-managed; his support staff are very good.
