Dr. Purcell is one of the best physicians, who cares and it is evident by the thoroughness of his treatment and care for me as a new patient.

So far i have interactions with both, Kelly and Dr. Purcell. Both experiences were very good. Kelly is a pleasure to work with, she keeps you informed and explains everything in terms you understand. My visit with Dr. Purcell was equally good. He was thorough and laid out plan treatment plan, he made me feel very comfortable with my choice of using them for my medical needs. I am excited to work with them!

I'm really glad I found Dr. Purcell. I never felt rushed during my initial consultation, and felt like he cared about diagnosing my knee pain and identifying the appropriate treatment. He listened, answered all my questions patiently, and gave me a few options for next steps, never directing me to one option over another, just telling me to choose the one I felt comfortable with. I opted to get imaging so he could see exactly what was going on, and when he received the results, he called me personally to go over them and suggest treatment options (Didn't even need to schedule a follow up appt. for the results). In a world of 5 minute appts. with doctors that are too busy to listen, Dr. Purcell stands apart as a provider that really cares.

Dr.Purcell was on time for our telemed.He made me feel relaxed,was very clear in his explanations and how we were going to proceed with my treatment.He never rushed me.He took the time to explain why he was recommending my treatment.He is very personable and his assistant Kelly Caldwell was of the same caliber.Very easy to listen to on the phone and just as clear and informative.I made an excellent choice in care.Very highly recommend.
