This Dr in my eyes is a scammer! Does test on you with no amount of cost of test. Suddenly I’m hit with a 2,500. Bill and try to put me on a pill that I don’t even need!! Scammer

The doctor and medical staff are very good. The office staff is horrible. They billed Medicare and my insurance company for thousands of dollars of procedures the were never done. They also billed for appointments that I NEVER made. Office staff is rude and not very organized. I am changing my previous review from 5 to 2 because of this. I hate to have to find another physician, but this office staff has gone from excellent to poor since my original review.

I moved to the area from Atlanta and needed to find a local physician to manage my health. I had a terrific physician in Atlanta for over 20 years. Moving to a new area is stressful enough, but finding a physician that is knowledgeable, professional, personable, and takes the time to actually listen to the patient is very difficult. I normally do not write online reviews, but wanted to say how pleased I am with Dr. Ram Puri and "the entire office staff"
