Dr. Rama Yerramsetti, MD

This Doctor saves lives! He was introduced to me years ago as I am a complex case. Never have I net a Doctor work so hard for each patient. You are not treated like a text book case, but an individual. Dr. Y is an expert at his field and people need to trust this doctor. I trust my entire family with him. He has taught me how to manage my body's immune system and more. I drive from Fort bend County to go see him and it's worth it. Trust this man with your life. ~

His staff lies. Repeatedly. And often. If you can't trust the staff, you certainly can't trust him or anyone else in his practice group. Then they blame the patient for not nagging them sufficiently to induce them to do their jobs! After telling them THREE TIMES that something hasn't been done, is it really the patient's job to keep calling and calling to get their staff to work? Doesn't the doctor have some duty to supervise and know what's going on? Or is he allowed to remain oblivious??? Doctors have a DUTY to supervise their staff. This guy refuses to do so because it's more profitable to hire 23 year old losers than to hire competent professionals. He saves money by gambling with his patient's health. It's shameful.

It's about the horrible staff. They lie, make excuses, put you on hold for literally an hour, then hang up. I've waited six months for a prescription, calling them and going in multiple times, only to have them blame the insurance company, the pharmacy, and me, for their not getting authorization. It's abysmal. He knows his stuff, but my care has definitely suffered and badly because of his staff. They are understaffed, inept, untrained, and dishonest. He's no better, in the end, than his staff - and they are the worst. It's been going down ever since he was associated with the sleazy Houston Pulmonary, Sleep and Allergy Associates group. They change staff every few years, and each time they change they get worse. I can't stick with a doctor when his staff are like this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I’d like to start this story by saying Dr. Yerramsetti is a premier doctor with excellent techniques particularly with IVIG and actually saved my life last year from my failing immune system, I kept catching pneumonia over and over and antibiotics would not stop it from taking me down and pneumonia was actually killing me I could not get rid of it until the doctor looked at my immune system and started balancing it out with IVIG and it actually saved my life from pneumonia and a failing immune system. His techniques and medicines started correcting my immune system deficiencies immediately and he is currently balancing out my immune system so it works on its own stopping all this sickness. I am doing much better now and I don’t need any anabiotic’s, that had stopped working on me. My immune system is working well now and I’m still seeing him for treatments I would just like to say that, this doctor saved my life and thank him again, keep up the good work Dr Yermasetti.

My wife has seen Dr Yerramsetti several times over past 3 or 4 years. We have always found him to be thorough, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful to the patients' condition. He will also communicate with the patients' other doctors if needed. Dr Y sometimes speaks fast and requires paying attention and we've learned to listen up. Recommend Dr Yerramsetti!

Think twice before choosing this doctor. We had a bad experience, mostly with his staff. I complained to the Texas Medical Board, specifically that his staff could benefit from re-education. The response I received from the TMB showed that both the doctor and his staff had provided mis-leading and false information to the TMB relative to the situation that we experienced. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone.

Very arrogant & not helpful! When repeating exactly what the Dr. advised regarding insurance and follow-up testing, the receptionist literally said: "he doesn't know what he's talking about." Furthermore, two ladies upon checkout literally called me a liar when reiterated that my attending nurse had the exact concern. I canceled my appointment stating that "I didn't feel confident in their office." The same day their office told my primary physician to never refer another patient to them. Yikes!

In addition to my previous review, Dr. Yerramstti had seen me in the hospital on three consecutive days in March, due to a reaction to a treatment that he had ordered When I went to his office, nine days later, for my follow-up visit, he didn't even remember that he had seen me in the hospital. That's just scary !!

I had to go through the pain of calling them multiple times about multiple statements of due (copay for $50, think they missed collecting upfront) which i have already paid. They wasted my time hence i'm not going back to them again.
