Very respectful
Listenened and was very compassionate of what I had to say. Helped me in 15 minutes more than any doctor I ever had. I have been seeing Dr Puriagahala for many years.

Dr Purighalla is one of the kindest and caring practitioners I have ever met. He always greets me with utter kindness and is truly compassionate. He asks questions, listens to what I have to say, and always offers help in any way. During covid, Dr Purighalla called me to see how I was doing at this difficult time in health care and explained the process should I need assistance with my health. I recently had an office visit. He was very thorough with the examination and helpful. I could not have found a better primary care physician! I highly recommend this physician. The office staff has always been excellent!

Never saw this doctor... the office called me and said I had an appt that needed to be rescheduled. I never scheduled an appt with this office or this doctor. Weird and sketchy.

The doctor will say something else on phone and when you follow up the staff will deny it and making you go in circles. They will make you call many times still not do there job.

He is a great doctor and most importantly he is a great human being i ever seen. He diagnosis patient in detail and I like his sound knowledge in treating a health problem. I definitely say many doctors should take him as role model in all aspects of his responsibilities as a doctor.

I’m very sick contacted the front desk , they don’t trust the patient and did not give an appointment . Very disappointed front desk and Nurses. Dear Doctor - I hardly visit you , unless it is required. This is not the way to treat a reasonable patient. The front desk is not patient friendly.

The doctor is friendly, takes time to walk though diagnosis. But the staff is totally rude, unhelpful, doesn't have patient wellness in mind. I took test for diabetes & ulcer. All my calls to get result went to voicemail and they left a voicemail 2 weeks after. After multiple attempts I got hold of someone who said I was only prescribed ulcer tablets. But 4 months later I requested a copy of result for something else, I found that that I was prescribed medication but i wasn't informed

I have been going to Dr. Purighella many years now. I am a senior citizen and I am very pleased with this doctor. he has a wonderful bedside manner. he always seems to really care about what you're telling him and spends a lot of time with you in the examining room. I would recommend him to all friends and family in my twenty plus years of going to him, I have never had an experience with him that I could complain about.

Doctor is just awesome. He is the best I have ever seen .. but the staff they never give an appointment ( despite of doctor always saying that there are usually sick appt available for Same day or very next day ) . they always give an appt for a month later .. if a person is sick now I don't think it makes sense to get an appointment for a month after . We always land up going to urgent care or emergency since we don't get appt with PCP
