Rude To My Mother ??????
On Friday my mom got an eye shot as she has for years. On Monday, First time there have been issues. Her eye hurts and leaks. Bhandari Nurse wanted her seen today. In waiting room still, 2 hours past appt. Mom asks how much longer. He told her rudely to stop asking and sit down. He was busy. Also chided the worker with her. Given the account I heard, he should be happy I wasn’t there. My mom was so upset she left. I wonder if he feels better after admonishing a 91 year old woman. Disrespecting elderly is not acceptable and that’s a lesson I’d be happy to teach him. I will be lodging official misconduct complaints with the Clinic, the medical board of IL and will be adding similar reviews everywhere I can.

Dr. Bhandari explained my retinal detachment and the surgery well and created a sense of calm confidence that made a very scary situation less so. His staff was caring and empathetic. Overall they made the experience much less stressful, which was greatly appreciated. I feel lucky that we have a surgeon of his caliber here in Springfield.

Hands Down the best Ophthalmologist !! Dr Bhandari and his Staff are caring and compassionate. I just can’t tell you how appreciative I am. Retina detachment was very scary and they were all Amazing from the 1st appointment, thru Surgery and follow ups ... I am very grateful for each of them.
