poor bedside manner. dismissive of my concerns
dr. niang was on call OB who delivered my 2nd baby. unfortunately, my pain and labor was dismissed. i repeatedly asked for epidural for 2 hours and was told i was not in labor. i proceeded to have my baby 1 hour later without any pain relief. ended up having a post partum hemorrhage after delivery due to unclear reasons. did not appreciate her lack of empathy and had horrible bedside manner.

Delays on prescription refills
I had this doctor for almost 2 years.. and let me tell you that she does not approve medication refills on time. I always have to call the office more than once to beg for her approval. Her staff and her are very incompetent.

Kind, compassionate, and nonjudgemental. I've seen Dr. Niang for a few years to help me manage endometriosis. Thankful for her care!

I wanted to like this office and Dr. Niang, but unfortunately I hated it. They overschedule people so the doctors are rarely available to see, and when you do see them they just pump you right in and out of the door. Dr Niang was pretty unprofessional and hard to get in touch with and whenever I called her office to speak to her, I was told I had to leave a MyChart message for her. This would be fine if she ever responded to them (which she didn't). I was painstakingly waiting on results for weeks of whether or not I had cancer, and it took me sending her a message on MyChart to finally get results back...which I conveniently received back the day after I sent her a message. And when I finally received my results back (which thank God were negative) I just got a brief excerpt at the top of my SUPER confusing to read results that read "if you have any questions call the office". Overall, I think this type of thing deserved a phone call and some form of detailed explanation so that I cou

Horrid. Worst place to go with a semi urgent concern. You’re just a # and will be directed elsewhere. For this reason, Dr. Niang and her office staff failed to deliver, miserable. Very poor customer service skills and interventions.

Dr. Niang was cold and indifferent and offered zero follow-up or any care or solution for that matter except for the one non-solution I had already tried. She was arrogant and said "My idea's not good enough for you." She has written an article about empathy which is laughable. Sheila Whitt, the patient relations director did not offer proper follow-through for care.

Dr. Niang is an absolute choice for me and my family. She is very knowledgeable and gives reasonable time to discuss some of my health concerns. Apart from this, she is so friendly and I will definitely recommend people to be seen by her. Thank you so much Dr. Niang, and keep up your good work.
