Very poor care
The dr had absolutely no idea how to approach my gi problems other than send me a bill and suggested I read a book. Since that appointment another dr diagnosed me with SIFO, SIBO and pancreatic insufficiency. Thank God for other doctors. Please don’t waste your time with inept gandhi

I could not recommend this doctor or his practice. They are disorganized. He is unpleasant and uncaring. If he's upset (which he shouldn't be) he will put you down. I don't know how he stays in business. They told me my test results were fine. I got a second opinion and now I'm getting proper treatment. Total waste of time.

Dr, Ghandi is great! He’s very easy to talk to. He explains conditions, causes, and treatments well. He has helped me over the last three years I would not want anyone else taking care of me for my GI health.

Had an issue regarding a procedure that Dr Gandhi had ordered that was to be carried out by one of his associates. There was confusion the day of the procedure and it was cancelled. Requested that I speak with Dr. Gandhi or office manager. Received return call from Dr. Gandhi within 15 minutes. Issue was not totally resolved, but his professionalism and speed of his personal reply was impressive.

he's purely in it for the money. Repeat appointments where only one question was asked, or a quick superficial exam and then sent back to make a follow on appointment.

Dr. Ramesh K Gandhi is an awesome GI physician. I am thankful that my Family Physician referred me to Dr. Gandhi. I recently had numerous appointments with Dr. Ramesh K Gandhi involving both screening and other procedures involving GI related issues I suffered with. Fortunately for myself and family Dr. Gandhi resolved those GI related issues that needed addressed. Dr. Gandhi utilized some of the newest technologies in his practice on me in which thankfully I experienced exceptional results.

My husband had an endoscopy and was in severe pain waiting for the results. We called over the span of three weeks to get the results and were told they were not in yet. Finally, we were told the results were in but they could only be disclosed during an appointment. The report sent to our PCP stated my husband had a polyp and needed a follow-up appointment. My husband waited for the follow-up and when he went was told nothing was wrong and he needed to see an ENT. Do not trust this office.

I had a colonoscopy and an EGD. Both procedures were performed in one visit which I appreciated. Dr. Ghandi was very professional, unhurried as he answered my questions and above all showed caring and compassion for me as a person. That is something that is difficult to find in any Dr. anymore. I have recommended Dr. Ghandi to all of my friends and family!!! Kathy D

He doesn't listen well. Condescending. Brushes off symptoms. Took personal call during my appointment. They didn't bother testing for Celiac's during my scope. He doesn't care about his patients at all.

After an attack of Diverticulitis, Dr. Gandhi was very reassuring and took his time explaining everything very clearly to me. I ended up having a colonoscopy. I was a little worried after my last one. This had caused me much pain and I had to stop before I finished. He assured me that I only had to take the medicine for 1 day and told me how to prevent the soreness I had last time. He also had the results as soon as I woke up. He has the best technology in Ohio the NEW Fuse Technology.

I had a colonoscopy. At a follow-up he asked about my experience with him. I said positive. He asked me to go on the web and make some positive comments about his services; he had some apparently negative patient comments. I was told nothing that wasn't said the day of the procedure. I HAD A $25.00 CO-PAY FOR THE FOLLOW UP!! I have never been charged by any doctor a co-pay for a follow-up. Amazing answer when I asked about the co-pay: That's not part of it. Does anyone understand that?
