Avoid Dr Raven
Took my 91 yo Mom into ER at Los Robles after a fall and after x-rays and BP of 215 systolic 90 diastolic Dr Raven sent her home asap said no break to follow up in a week with her primary care, no care given. Followed up with her PC who referred her to an orthopedic with suspicion of a broken femur., he confirmed fracture with additional x-rays after noticing a fracture in hospital x-rays. Avoid Dr. Raven.

Very positive experience with Dr Raven
Brought my 91yo Mom with dementia into the ER with increased confusion and abdominal distention. Dr.Raven knew just how to talk to her. Put her at ease, ordered the tests she needed and got them done quickly and evaluated results. Even drew her blood tests himself. Explained things to her clearly and gave us recommendations for follow up with specialist. I am a nurse and I was impressed with his competence and compassion.

Misdiagnosed me at Los Robles ER then discharged me with some antibiotics and i had to be taken to the hospital a day later for the same symptoms. I coded in the ER that night and was hospitalized for a month. This doctor did not take the advice of Urgent Care (who sent me to the ER for a CT scan because of my shortness of breath and chest pain) and did not even examine me. For the ‘treatment’ I received from this doctor that day I got a bill for $544.
