Dr. Ramzi Ghosn, MD

Dr. Ghosn was caring but we have bills coming in every month from this facility we have paid all of our balances and we haven't seen Dr. Ghosn since July 2024. I don't know why they keep sending bills that I know we don't owe. Medicare says we don't owe these bills. I talked to Medicare and they told me to call the State about it. They must be charging for a girl that calls us and asks if we need anything. I've told her that we don't need anything and to stop calling. I paid several bills that I know that we didn't owe and the last time I put a note in the bill and told them we would never be back in that office again. It is getting frustrating. Also we both got another bill today Nov. 27 2024 for the same amount.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ghosn's for at least 10 yrs. I used to complete my annual physical and then would receive a phone call with results. Now they require an office visit to discuss results and charge $103 for an office visit. The next new item is making patients follow up every 6 months and charging another $103 office visit. I have no health concerns, but they want you to come in just to say you are doing fine and to charge for an office visit. The billing specialist is down right rude and unprofessional. I had to ask her to lower the volume of her voice at one point because she was almost yelling at me when I asked why I was billed $103 for an office visit to go over annual physical results. They are also non-responsive, or very slow, in regard to returning phone calls. I will be looking for a new family doctor as will my wife.

After researching local Dr’s I chose Dr Goshn and I have found everyone there to be professional and kind and very knowledgeable. The Nurse who has checked me in a few times has the same chronic condition I have — she was more than open and kind. Today- Saturday, I was seen by Dr. Woody—- again… Kind, Professional and patient. My ailment has many possible causes and he talked me through a game plan to eliminate some possible causes. Working 12 hours a day Mon-Fri…. Having your Primary Dr’s office have some Saturday AM hours means the world to me. I would highly recommend this very talented Dr Office to anyone!

Too many NP's. Hard to see Dr. Ghosn. Mom has been trying to get test results from over a month ago. Dr. Ghosn more concentrated on $$$ and see assisted living patients. Office staff not at all helpful.

Dr Ghosen has helped me a lot. I do agree with the bad reviews on the staff though. He changed staff already it's just hard to find good help. Amy up front goes over and beyond to help get things taken care of. The nurse that handles orders and the calls not so much. Office needs to learn how to schedule the patients properly so we're not sitting there for an hour after our appointment time. Should be every 15 minutes for patient 30 if they need more attention as needed.. That's a big problem ! My time is just as important. Maybe they need a better front and back manager if things are not getting done in a timely Manor.. hope it gets better!

5 Stars all around. Dr Ghosn has been providing. My entire family with One and One Care. For the past 10 plus years. He actually Cares ,listens, and directs. Each patient towards the Better Life. With his experience and compassion.

Very poor care and Dr Ghosn doesn't even know what's going on with a horrible office staff. If a value health go somewhere else

Sad to say that after 13 years with Dr G I had to leave that office today ! DUE TO HIS HORRIBLE STAFF !!! Also Dr G has become numb to his patients an only worried about MONEY and canceled appts !! I have read so many reviews with the same issues ! That staff as well as Dr G has lost all his compassion for his patients! What good is having a primary care Dr and NOT being able to see him when you need to !!! On another note I wonder just how many paitents he has lost due to his front office staff ! I mean he has to know that she isn't what should be dealing with peoples health ! Which SHOULD be the most important thing ! Not why a patient had to cancle an appt ... which seems to be more important than a patients health ! And well I agree with the several other reviews on "time to clean house" starting with the office manager as he seems to also not care about the patients !!! SHAME on this practice for truly not caring at all about the patient !!!

Dr, Ghosn is great, but his Staff are idiots, overbook appointments and expect you to wait 50 to 55 minutes? They booked 6 appointments at 8 am and my appointment was at 8:30, at 9:24 I still had seen the doctor.

Very personable and professional. Takes him time and is very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Ghosn.

Very friendly and accommodating staff and very pleasant physician

The best caring and knowledgeable Doctor around the Atlanta area! He saved my life by finding a blood clot in my right lung with just a little help from me. I felt too bad to even help him. Dr. Ghosn set up all the X-rays and sent me to the hospital where they already had me a room. He has been my Doctor for 14 years. I travel with my husband for his job. I have flown into Dawsonville from Nevada just to see him. Wherever my husband's job is no matter what State, we go home to see Dr.Ghson!!

Great customer service with Eric and Danielle. You will not get better care than what you find with Dr. Ghosn and his Nurse Practitioner. He is very quick minded and has always been able to pin point the cause of any symptoms i have gone to his office compaining of, most recently bronchitis. The fatigue made me think flu, but he knew better. Would recommend to friends and family.
