Dr. Randa Bascharon, DO

They are very careless when it comes to making appointments. They make your waste your one month and then tell you you never had an appointment scheduled. We were scheduled in November and I had been waiting for the appointment for one month and they canceled my appointment without giving me a call. The staff is very careless and they don’t care they will randomly just cancel your appointment.

Dr B and staff assured me they will take care of my shoulder. They have set me on a road to recovery. Thank you

Dr. Bascharon is the absolute best! I cannot express enough the incredible care I received by her and her staff. I was experiencing excruciating shoulder pain that was getting worse with each day. I scheduled a visit hoping to get some relief. As soon as I arrived, I was received with top-notch, caring and kind staff members putting me right at ease. Dr. Bascharon thoroughly examined my shoulder taking care to ensure I was as comfortable as could be considering my condition. She provided treatment expertly and specific instructions. My pain began to subside shortly after my visit and motion of my shoulder and arm began to return. Most importantly, that evening I slept through the night which was an incredible relief. I know I am in the absolute best hands with Dr. Bascharon and I will continue to place my trust in her and her awesome staff!

Back in 2008 I ruptured my left patellar tendon playing basketball. I had no insurance and she and her staff worked hard to make my surgery affordable. I was 33 at the time and had just gotten myself into pretty good shape, but my knees weren't ready for what I put them through. Well 12 years later I am happy to say everything is still great. I have climbed over 250 different peaks and a total of 750 climbs. I've climbed the highest Peak in the contiguous US (Mt. Whitney) twice and am doing so again this summer. I lead an extremely active lifestyle and I've had no issues. Thank you Dr. Bascharon!

I appreciate the tine that Dr Bascharon giving me everytime i see her,she is not the type of the doctor that i know only care is making money.She's putting really of her time and care for me and probably to all her patient.And as forbthe stuff is same thing as Dr Bacharon.No wonder why everyone in your office is nice because you have a very nice and caring Doctor

Had double knee surgery about 2 weeks ago. I feel very secure being in Dr. Bascharon’s care. She is an excellent doctor/surgeon, knowledgeable, has an excellent bedside manner, compassionate, listens and responds to concerns and honest. I wouldn’t hesitate to entrust any family member to her care and would highly recommend her to anyone.

My previous orthopedic Dr. Tim Trainor left a lot to be desired with his uncaring manner and in his curt professional behavior . After several years of frustration with him and staff I decided to find another Orthopedist. I'm so happy I did. Dr. Randa Bascharon is a godsend. A complete opposite. My first meeting with her was a wonderful experience. She spent the necessary time to understand my problem. Very caring, gentle and professional. I absolutely recommend her.

Went in to see her for first time was having problems with my left upper thigh she didn't do xray or MRI and she diagnose wrong had to go to my primary and he sent me to another orthopedics person and diagnose was arthritis all over i was very disappointed in her giving me wrong diagnosis .Will not recommend her to noone!!!!!

Let me start by saying Dr Baschacon is first class . I'm on my second surgery in six months first shoulder then knee . I'm in amazement of all the procedures she's knowledgeable in . I wouldn't have any other surgeon .

My third appointment with Dr Bascharon was today. I saw her in the corridor while she was smiling and asking me if I felt fine after cortisone shot. she is so kind to her patients. I trust her so much in knowledge, surgery or any kind of procedure she does on patients. She is so professional and highly recommended. I hope this website publish my review. She missed the diagnosis by a long shot. 5 different pain meds, injections on hip and knee twice each, wasted my time and Medicares money on physical therapy, treating me for hip bursitis with NO results. I got another Dr's opinion and am now 1 mo into recovery from total hip replacement and PAIN FREE!!! My knee doesn't hurt anymore, and neither does my hip. I wonder what happened to the Bursitis I didn't have. My Ortho Dr had the same reports as Dr Bascharon.........hello.......????

Dr Bascharon is a real doctor - she cares about people. I have a few herniated discs in my cervical spine that flare up sometimes causing excruciating pain. I called her office on one of these occasions and was able to see her immediately, but she took her time and great care to determine the best course of action for me. She's very skilled at her craft. She suggested I see a chiropractor, asked my time frame and disposition and made me an appointment with one a few doors down herself.

I have met with Dr. Bascharon on several occasions for sports related injuries. The last was for arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder. She is tough on rehab protocols, but would not trust anyone else with my healthcare or recovery. She is one in a million. And staff is first class.

Professional, and genuinely cared about her patients and makes them feel like they have the best care in the world. Her staff are very courteous and friendly. Would and have recommended her to others as the best.

Dr. Bascharon treated my difficult shoulder tear remarkably well. Following what turned out to be a four-hour surgery, my follow-up care was outstanding and I am recovering much faster than I expected. Pain is resolving and motion is returning. In another urgent situation for sudden low back pain, Dr. Bascharon returned my call from Hawaii on a Saturday and personally arranged for an MRI there, all completed within three hours. (I learned later that she was at the airport in Chicago.)

I have never dealt with a more incompetent office staff in a doctor's office. This has truly been the most frustrating, infuriating experience I have ever had. Unfortunately, due to the terrible office staff, we never got the chance to meet Dr. Bascharon. there were many unreturned phone calls, lost fax referrals, rude office staff, miscommunication...I will gladly move on to another orthopedic surgeon recommended to me. He saw my injured 9yo within 48 hours. No 7 week wait!
