Dr. Randa Ghali, MD

Randa Ghali was my PCP for a while and I never had any issues. I would have my appointments decently far apart with her so I ensured I was thorough with my referrals and mentioning concerns about different things that had accumulated during the time I hadn’t seen her. I went in to see her one day and told her I was having horrible shortness of breath and felt like I couldn’t breathe without forcing it most of the time. She took one look at my chart, saw I have a previous diagnosis of anxiety, and immediately chalked up my SOB to anxiety. I was appalled. This wasn’t the first time a doctor had done this to me. She was asking me if I had anything going on at home that might intensify my anxiety, and I argued with her this was not the problem. She wrote me a referral for EMERGENT PSYCH CONSULT. After months and switching to a new doctor I ended up seeing a specialist and finding I had untreated asthma for months. Absolutely disappointing.

Doctor Ghali was great! She lListen and explained her findings .She put fourth a plan of action.I am so glad to have her as my new primary doctor

She is very patient love to listen she are about the patient she makes me feel heard and make my spirit feel great. Her team is excellent.

Dr. Ghali is one of the kindest and warmest doctors you can find !!! She is so thorough in her visits and diagnoses. She really cares and wants the best for her patients. She makes the atmosphere very open and does not judge her patients. It was truly a blessing to find such a passionate doctor!!

Randa is a HORRIBLE should I even give her the title of Dr, she is slick with her mouth uncaring unprofessional she shook her head while I was trying to explain something’s to her, O she will do well at Dania Primary because that community won’t pick up on her ways because….. helmets! I am no longer a patient of hers she needs to kick rocks with no shoes on. JS

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ghali for a year. During that time our interactions have been very good. I felt like she listened to me and raised concerns when she saw them. She’s pretty straightforward. I had 2 previous LVHS doctors prior and I’m happier now that she’s my doctor. I think the LVHS has some definite issues, but that’s for a different review. Never had an issue scheduling, have done both in office and televisit.

Absolutely the worst! Uncaing, unprofessional, unresponsive...Never calls back ! Blames everything on the phone system. I would stay away from this Doctor and office!

This office has a process to leapfrog patients ahead of scheduled patients, if they should claim to be really sick. This practice causes patient delays of two three hours beyond their scheduled appointment time. Office staff is in disarray and worries more about what to order for lunch than answering calls or taking time with patients. I would avoid this doctor's office.
