Great Communication
I’m a Medical Assistant & waited to select my PCP. She doesn’t mess around with late or non compliant patients so that doesn’t keep other patients waiting. She answers promptly & she’s very thorough & has been a great support in my weight loss journey. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Sawaf is an excellent physician. I have a history of GERD and assumed the pressure I felt in my chest was indigestion. Dr. Sawaf insisted I have a stress test, and I’m so glad she did. I ended up in the cardiac cath lab where a 90% blockage of a coronary artery was fixed with a stent. Dr. Sawaf really listens to her patients, is a very good diagnostician, and has the best interest of patients at heart. I highly recommend her as a choice for your primary care doctor.

Great staff only waited 8 minutes for appointment. Very organized and clear instructions about visit and COVID procedures. It was my first visit to see Dr. Sawaf. She checked in on all the major items, getting blood work, checking my vitals and getting info on my general health and history. We discussed all the questions I had and she gave me good feedback on how to improve my health. Was clear about courses of action and how to proceed with tests. She is very personable, has a great sense of humor, but got her point across about what was important for me personally follow up on and do to remain healthy. FYI...As one other respondant noted she wears great shoes, also loved her tropical pants. She's a keeper.

Dr. Sawaf took the time to review my medical records and explained everything in great details. She made sure my medical record is up to date from every aspect. She has a great personality, very honest and straightforward. Unlike my previous doctor, She is great at keeping communication going. I had to get some blood tests done as well as a CT scan, in no time they were reviewed by her and posted through the portal. I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is great at what she does!

Today was my first visit with her, as my other doctor retired. I was immediately impressed when I was taken back right on time, the wait in the exam room was minimal and I was out in record time. She answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. She has a great personality and I knew right away that this doctor would be a great fit for me.

I am currently struggling with a broken ankle, some upsetting lab work, depression, issues with my memory, and a 90 year old mother that is ill and numerous other "just life issues." I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Sawaf for my initial appointment and apparently there was some misunderstanding about the time, so I was informed the Dr. Sawaf will not accept me as a patient. How compassionate and understanding can she be??? I got her name from the St. Luke's Doctor Referral. I am sure she has openings for patiens, because who wants a doctor like this??? My other doctor left St. Luke's and I loved her. I didn't realize such unprofessional and cold doctors exist.

I have been going to Dr. Sawaf for over a year now, having had 3 appointments. I was able to schedule my visits in a very timely manner. Once at the office, my wait time has been minimal; less than 5-10 minutes. I have never felt rushed during our visits. She is an excellent listener and communicator. I have come to truly trust her and have great confidence in her medical abilities. She has demonstrated great compassion and kindness at each visit. Her assistant was very responsive to getting tests scheduled and prescriptions sent. I received my test results back within a day or two. I can communicate with Dr. Sawaf directly through the St. Luke's Portal and have always gotten a response within a day. I would highly recommend this physician to anyone.

Our doctor quit abruptly. We were very fortunate to find Dr Sawaf. She has made the transition very smooth. The doctor takes her time with you and make you feel comfortable. She has also found issues we did not know we had, and has addressed them quickly. Our healthcare and getting our prescriptions taken care of, have taken a load off of my mind. Recommend her highly.
