I am only giving 1 star because I can't give a zero. I have been a patient at this office for 26 yrs and my husband has been a patient for 22 yrs we have never had a problem until recently. The office recently changed to Christus Trinity Clinic Hill Country Medical and went down hill from there. I have left several messages for a nurse to call me back on 3 different days several times a day. I also left 3 messages for the office manager to call me back and never received calls back from either. Is this how you treat your patients? I am sure if this was there family member/friend they would not be treated this way. My husband and I will be looking for a new primary care physician. Never schedule an appointment with this practice!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Jacks has treated my parents for over 30 years . Never once has he or his staff been anything other than outstanding. The care , compassion , and medical treatment has always been over the top. I recommend Dr.Jacks and his office staff .
