Dr. Randall Hines, MD

Dr. Hines was very friendly, calm, and hopeful. He just gave us the facts and he kept us calm. I had a couple of times that I got nervous and wanted to come in for a sonogram and he fit me in that same day. Hines and his staff really care about their patients and are committed to their work. They offer encouraging programs and their response to questions I sent through the portal were ALWAYS the same day and often within the hour. I have no unkind words to say. Top notch team with top notch service. I feel like every staff member there has a calling to help infertility and pregnancy issues. I would recommend again and again!

Dr. Hines, Marty, and all of the MRM staff are so caring and compassionate. They truly care about the health and wellbeing of their patients. I could not have asked for a better team during our IVF journey. I highly recommend this business.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Hines and all of his staff is. It is truly amazing what they are able to do, and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. You never plan on having to see a reproductive specialist, however from the beginning I felt cared for and knew there was a plan. I highly recommend Dr. Hines and his clinic.

Dr. Hines is so kind and subdued. You can tell he must really feel it in his heart every time he has to give bad news, so I was so happy he got to finally tell us some great news! He and his team are so courteous and empathetic that it's truly refreshing. He also presented me with a lot more options than a previous specialist, and never made me feel like I was running out of time. Just a great practice and a great experience, and I would gladly return again should I need to.

Dr. Hines is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing fertility issues. My husband and I had tried to conceive for 4 years and seen different drs with no help! In my first couple of visits, Dr. Hines found my problem and made a plan to resolve it! Now, we are expecting twins! I am so thankful for Dr. Hines and his excellent staff! They always answered my questions and made me feel validated.

I was worried about finding a great fertility doctor in Jackson where highly-specialized physicians can be hard to come by- but Dr. Hines is amazing! Can't say enough good things about his bedside manner AND clinical skills and knowledge. Not to mention his friendly and caring staff. While there aren't tons of options in the area for Reproductive Endocrinologists, you won't regret picking Dr. Hines and will never have to wonder if you are receiving the best care- you will be!

Dr. Hines and his staff are amazing, they are quick to respond to any questions you may have. We feel very blessed that we were sent to his clinic, I never imagined that I would ever become pregnant but thanks to GOD working through Dr. Hines and his staff I am now 11 weeks and this is my first try at the age of 37.

He is the best...I had to go to two different doctors before he told me what my fertility was...His office is really nice the staff is great they care about there patients thanks for all you do and I know my journey will be great...

My husband and I absolutely loved Dr. Hines and his staff. Dr. Hines and Marty are very personable and take time to answer questions you might have and the staff that they have are outstanding! We often stayed up to 20min longer each appointment talking with the ladies who work there. We just completed an IVF cycle (frozen embryo transfer) with them. After trying to conceive for 6 years and stage 4 endometriosis, we are pregnant for the first time!

Dr. Hines and his staff are amazing! We struggled with infertility for 5 years before we decided to change doctors. Within 6 months of our first visit at MRM, we were pregnant. Our first miracle was born in July 2013, our second was born December 2014, and our third is due April 2017!

Dr. Hines was beyond patient and reassured us that with patience, he could achieve our goal of becoming pregnant! He answered every question calmly. We didnt wait a long time in the waiting area just to see him ten minutes. He reviewed our case before coming into his office and was very knowledgeable of our case.
