It was a nice visit with Dr. Joransen He was nice right to the point he explained to me in detail what the medicines does and do not do. It was a nice visit with Dr. Jorgeson. I would recommend dr. Joransen to anyone

Great Service!!
The staff were very courteous and friendly. They also was very technical and thorough. The doctor explained his concerns with me and told me what I need to focus on to continue to stay healthy. Great visit!!

Very experiance Dr Very professional Always!
I love coming to Dr.Joransen I know I will get 100% care from him every visite he really listens to what you say and he explains what to do for results meets all my needs I really trust him and all his staff they are always very pleasant and welcoming I have gone for over 5 years I always recommend him and his staff the office and building always clean and well staffed

Highly competent and personable doctor
I've been seeing Dr. Joransen for a while. He is very systematic and covers all the bases. He is also approachable and caring. The office itself is a different story. There have been several times that appointments were changed and I was not informed. Most recently, an appointment was directly confirmed on the phone for a Friday appt. at 3 pm. Turned out the clinic closes on Fridays at 3 pm. It is almost impossible to call in for a refill or clarification. At times there is no return call. Then nursing also doesn't get it right. I have told them repeatedly that I use a specific pharmacy but they continue to send prescriptions to my original pharmacy at times. Or, sometimes, nothing happens. . Things have gotten worse in recent months and the staff seem unhappy and some seem condescending. Good doc, bad office staff. It's a shame.
