The biggest issue that gets in the way before one ever gets in to see Dr. Singh is that the very very extensive menu of phone prompts to listen to and negotiate in order communicate with a live human being at his practice is exhaustive, to say the least. This is the most outrageous phone system I’ve ever experienced with any office of any kind! It does not communicate that patients are important people worth communicating with, nor meeting their needs or concerns at all promptly a priority. Dr. Singh is a nice guy but it feels like trying to communicate with anyone in his office is like trying to approach the great and powerful Oz.

Want to pay $750 for a 5 minute consult that tells you what you already know? Read further. Dr. Singh is more interested in money than he is in his patients. He charged me hundreds and hundreds of dollars to tell me what I already knew...that I had mild sleep apnea. This was after he and his clinic made money from a sleep test, which was not necessary. Finally, they send you down the hall to their experts, who will sell you a CPAP machine above market prices and want to continue to sell you replacement parts and masks. When my CPAP machine was recalled, I needed a new CPAP machine. Surprise, surprise. the good Dr. would not give me my prescription unless he had a new consultation with him....costing me many hundreds of dollars more.

Was so frustrated by the way they convinced me to buy the CPAP machine which didn't help at all. Kept following up with me and pushed until I bought the machine and then never heard from them after. The machine never worked for me (This may be only me). Didn't want to investigate (or even brainstorm with me) about other alternative (surgery..etc). Totally not recommending them.

My experience with Dr. Singh is through attending appointments with an elderly friend. I've read the negative reviews and felt the need to offer my opinion in what I've witnessed. The office staff is courteous, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Singh is thorough in his assessments and compassionate in his care. He takes the time to ensure the patient understands what he is instructing. It is a relaxed atmosphere and never seems rushed. Thankfully my friend receives quality care here.

Pure assembly line medicine. Lucky to get 5 minutes per year. No shame to cancel appointment by SIX MONTHS.

Dr. Singh seems okay, but my experience with the office has always been substandard, ever since my first sleep study about 13 years ago! The office personnel are condescending and uninterested in patient care; they have no time for questions and will hang up on you if you complain. The way they have their phone system set up, the only way to get to a real person is to choose the option to make an appointment. Leaving a message is futile; they aren't doing to call back. I'm going elsewhere.

After 3 years since my last appointment, I scheduled a new visit with Dr. Singh to get a new CPAP machine. Consultation went pretty quick (~15 min) and cordial, everything was ok. He went ahead and put an order for a new machine. After 1+ month, I got no call back about the equipment; the follow up at OIMA or Dr. Singh's office is really bellow the grade. And, I was charged US$528! (equip. not included) for that. It is disappointing to see such discrepancies between aspects of their practice.

Great bedside manner - did a great job of explaining the situation as well as the treatment plan in a concise manner, while ensuring it was completely understood. Very thorough in his evaluation and treatment option.

The initial intake appointment went okay. Nothing amazing. Nothing terrible. The second appoint. after lunch was not good. Pretty sure he was drunk: (glassy-eyed, working hard to ask routine questions, etc.). Had my sleep eval (techs were great). Aaand nothing....for EIGHT months. And not until the requesting physician's office got involved and demanded the records. Got my equipment. Aaand haven't heard from Singh again. It's been three years. No patient follow-up. Nothing. Nada.
