Dr Randolph Betts and his Daughter Jennifer are exceptional. They both provide the best care in our community. I have been under their care for over 30 years. Their attention to detail is exceptional. More importantly they both bring a remarkable measure of passion to all their patients. Bless you both and thank you.

The receptionists has a bad attitude.

Dr. Betts is a very wonderful physician. He has treated our family for well over 23 years. I very highly recommend this magnificent, excellent & caring doctor.

Dr Betts is by far the best Dr I have gone to, always on target with diagnosis based on symptoms given. I could not ask for a more professional & compassionate Dr. The staff is very courteous & professional . I would strongly recommend Dr Betts to my Friends & Family

I saw this doctor for the first time for a pretty scary issue. The office staff was nice enough and the doctor was ok. They had me do blood work and was told I would receive a call back with results. Did the blood work and 1 week later no call. I called the office numerous times and left many messages and never got the results. I ended up asking for a copy and taking the results or another physicians office. Worst experience ever. To this day they still haven't called me with my results.

Dr. Betts wrote a prescription that was questioned by the pharmacist. We went back to the office to have the prescription clarified. The clerk said to go back to the pharmacy because she will fax the new one. The pharmacy did get a call from them, but long story short, they never faxed the new prescription. Evening wasted. Even though we had an appointment, we had to wait for over an hour in the exam room. We were the first to arrive after their lunch break, waiting room was literally empty.

I switched to this Dr for my son who lives in the area, as recommended by Blue Shield. The office staff is VERY unprofessional, and does not communicate with their patients, I tried calling to resolve an issue and got transferred 3 times, no one answered, I tried calling back almost 15 times and no one answered, I even asked to be transferred to the office manager Heather which she did not resolve, nor try to help resolve my issue. I will not be going back to this office ever again.
