I began seeing Dr. Scott after my GYN closed his office. Initially he made a great impression. He performed a surgery on me in Rex. After the surgery, Rex hospital called to see how I was doing. That is when I realized how much his office lacked. They did not call, which is fine, but they did not even provide a print out of care instructions for post op. I had to email and ask for one and they had no idea what to say, they were just like what do you want to know? I pretty much had to rely on google. On top of that, the office charged me when my insurance told them not to and it took MONTHS to receive a refund because my insurance already paid them. I cannot recommend this doctor or his office.

Terrible Experience
We had an absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Scott. I’m one year postpartum, and still dealing with problems that he overlooked and then brushed off when I brought them to his attention. Thankfully, I am now under the care of an attentive and thorough physician….it’s unfortunate that Dr. Scott is neither of those things because I truly believe that some of my complications could have been avoided if I would have had a different doctor at the time. There were red flags along the way…rushed appointments etc. but unfortunately, I didn’t listen to my instincts (or to my husband who voiced concerns early on) and stuck with him as my OB. It’s a mistake that I will always regret.

I was told I would receive my biopsy in a few business days. It's been over a week, Carolina Elite Women's Care have had the results for several days, and will not release the results to me unless it is told over the phone by Dr. Scott. I have tried reaching Dr. Scott for several days now and it is next to impossible trying to get him on the phone. I don't feel respected as a patient, I feel like I'm just giving my doctor another check from my health insurance company. I'm also trying to determine if I have precancer or cancer. I would not recommend Dr. Scott.

Dr. Randolph Scott probably saved my life. He took a second biopsy while performing a routine ablation to solve some fibroid problems I was having. He said that 99% of the time the second biopsy shows nothing. But mine showed an aggressive leiomyosarcoma, which was removed via hysterectomy by an oncologist. I had no other symptoms except for those for fibroids. If he hadn't done that biopsy, the tumor would have grown, unnoticed, until it was too late. His meticulous and detailed care of me is incredible. Plus, he is funny, patient and kind and answered all of my and my husband's questions before and after the procedures.

Why work in a professional when you know your patients have medical problems? Unprofessional when staff and nurses make fun of patients.

Recently moved here from out of state and in need of an OBGYN. Dr. Scott was highly recommended. My first visit I felt very welcomed by all staff and Dr. Scott. Felt like I had been going there forever. I was Very comfortable and had great conversation with him. Will definitely keep going and recommend myself to anyone that asks!

We love Dr. Scott! His patience, detailed explanations, and compassion are second to none. We travel from Holly Springs to him and stuck with him after he started his own practice. We could not be happier with our decision. Also, he may be the funniest doctor I have ever met. We look forward to our visits and greatly respect his advice.
