Dr. Randy Bogard, DMD

Dr. Bogard left me in a freezing procedure room for one hour with no explanation or communications during that time, or communication with my designated driver, (they started my procedure at exactly the time they told her I would be ready to go, therefore an hour late!) and then he barely spoke to me when he finally came into the room. The communication about prescription pick up was equally poor - my driver could have picked them up while waiting for me but instead we had to wait an additional 45 minutes at the drug store before being able to drive home, which was an hour away. And it's day 2 after my procedure and I am quite surprised they haven't called me to see how I am feeling. Should I ever need dental surgery again, I would not return to this office nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

I would highly recommend Dr. Bogard when oral surgery is necessary, or elective services such as cosmetic implants are desired. Dr. Bogard is skilled in this dental specialty that requires advanced knowledge and training.

I?m writing to say how fantastic Dr. Randy Bogard and his team have been through the entire procedure. Right from our first encounter they were very helpful, knowledgeable and treated me in a warm personable manner. Everything was explained so there were no surprises and I knew exactly what the problem and options were. He took x-rays and a CT scan and then visually showed me exactly what was going on, making sure I understood. He and his staff did so much to help ease my nervousness. Excellent!
