I had had a chronic ear ache that I had talked to several doctors about (including ENT) prior to him. I Was actually being seen by Dr Gelow for something else that my primary care was not available so they gave me to him. I mentioned my ear. He listened to the history on my ear and asked some questions and had a diagnosis and what he told me to do worked 100%. He was with Banner at the time and no longer is so not in network with my insurance, sadly….

I’ve been blessed with Dr. Gelow’s care for three different moves in his career. His care of how you’re doing, his willingness to explain things and my favorite saying that he always says is how can I help you. He truly cares and that is why I drive an hour each way for over a decade because I trust him and I know he has my back on my health.

Besides misdiagnosis and since late summer of 2022 seemed completely disinterested and cavalier in attitude and demeanor. Refusal to further authorize diagnostics for severe neck and shoulder issues.

Dr. Gelow is an amazing doctor. I found him through my insurance site and I am glad I did. I came to Dr. Gelow from a line of horrible doctors. I wrote a letter exactly how I felt about my past experiences and what I didn't want from a doctor. He has been kind and has listened to all my concerns. He also has answered every question I have had whether it was in person or through the banner portal. Recently his patient load seems to have blown up but he still takes the time during each visit.

Moved to the area and needed a new PCP. The Banner Health center opened and my husband initially went there for treatment for his diabetes. He really liked Dr. Gelow's approach to treatment, the easy going personality, and his willingness to listen. After I heard that, I booked myself in as I needed to be seen for wellness exams. Dr. Gelow was thorough, thoughtful in his approach, and easy to talk to about the concerns I brought to him. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Gelow is very thorough and detailed with his care for you. He looks at all angles of your health and doesn't just treat the symptoms. He encourages, educates and empowers you to take care of yourself. He has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable talking him to about everything. So glad I was referred to him. My husband, myself and now my 80 year old Grandma are grateful for his care.

Very knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. Took the time to explain things in layman's terms and ensured I understood everything. Always on time, and receptionist s have always been courteous. Not a very busy clinic, so u have never had to wait.

Horrible service!! I called in to request an annual wellness exam and to establish care as a new patient because I needed a new family physician. The receptionist INSISTED I provide an "ailment" to book an appointment. At her refusal to schedule my appointment without an ailment I relented and provided one so I could see the doctor. Now instead of my free annual wellness exam I am being charged almost $300 for my visit. This would not be an issue if I actually was treated for something!
