We'll see how it goes from here.
The front desk staff are quite rude. When I called to check on a prescription refill, she jumped down my throat and told me I had not discussed those medications with the doctor at my previous visit. Excuse me, but you were not in the room with us, and we did go over all my medications, as it was our first time to see each other. I don't like for people to attack me for trying to get my prescriptions, without which I will go into withdrawals since you cannot abruptly stop the.

Don't waste your time
Dr. Hines is very unprofessional! My first and last time seeing this person was last Tuesday. I arrived an hour early for my appointment after a two hour commute from my job. I was called in on time. Met this' doctor .' who seemed uninterested but I proceeded to tell him about my right knee and left hip. My right knee has been an issue for 7 or 8 years. I was diagnosed with arthritis but the pain has gotten worse to the point where I now walk with a limp. Dr. Hines was more concerned with a completely different issue than the one that I came for. Also took a call during my visit for about 10 minutes. I asked for something for the pain and he refused and when he finally saw fit to write a summary about my visit on Friday, he included these supposed details about me (Mood and Affect: Affect is flat. Speech: Speech is delayed. Behavior: Behavior is withdrawn.). Excuse me?!?!?Are you kidding me?!?!? You barely even paid attention to me during the visit.

I had a physical with dr Hines on 12/1/21 and scheduled the next one was i walked out of his office. Today they call me and tell me they have to reschedule because it should have been set for 366 days after the previous one. I asked why they scheduled it then and they said it had been done by a 'floater', as I know what that means. My options were reschedule for April, or pay for it. I mentioned I cannot be paying out of pocket and the 'nurse' said "well, i can pay for mine, Sir". After that distasteful exchange i said that I thought we'd have to cancel. She immediately said "ok, have a nice day", and hung up the phone. 30 seconds later i get a message in the portal that my appointment has been cancelled and they sent it in a way that disables me being able to reply. This doctor and his staff care very little about you. Do yourself a favour and listen to the many negative reviews here. Find someone who lives up to their oath

Nice doctor but if you need rx refills or have questions, he does not respond! Requests for refills takes at least a week! Only doctor who does not respond tonMy Chart.

Long time patient – Jul 19, 2022
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Hines?
I was looking for a family medicine doctor and was recommended to enlist as a patient of Dr. Hines. I am a new patient and realize we are in the middle of a pandemic, but I was disheartened by my previous visit in late August with Dr. Hines. During my visit I proceeded to explain a new aliment with Dr. Hines which is lightheadedness and dizziness. Dr. Hines replied I would need to make schedule another appointment to discuss the aliment. Nevertheless, I am still experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness. I left the appointment desolate by his comment and behavior. Unfortunately, I will not return and am looking for another family medicine doctor.

Excellent!!! Dr. Randy Hines II not only managed my care professionally, he treated me with respect and really listened to my concerns. I was given specific instructions for appointments, I could feel his guidance with his entire staff as I was led to fullfil these appointments. I know I was divinely sent here to receive healing and I am excited for my good health which has begun in his care.
