Dr. Randy Leff, DPM

Dr. Leff lied right to my face and said he was going to do one thing and did the complete opposite. It makes it pretty hard to trust him to have my best interest in the course of treatment. Some of his front office staff is difficult to deal with and not very helpful at times. Some of them can be VERY rude. I needed to see them related to a worker's comp claim again because my ankle was bothering me...and their office admin, Stephanie Walker, had the nerve to say “Oh, I didn’t know you were a medical biller!” When I asked her for clarification on something. Totally unprofessional and inappropriate. I have a right to ask about my billing without being talked down to and belittled. The practice used to be ok, but honestly I’ve run into issues with them most of the times I’ve visited. Whether it was issues with staff or with billing screw ups and now the doc lying to my face.

Dr. Leff by far the best foot surgeon I had the privilege of meeting. Very pleasant and highly professional, comforting and knowledgeable. I was in lots pain with my right foot that was swollen and had a hard time. Went to urgent care they couldn't help so I maid an emergency appointment with him and he calmed me down and assured me that everything will be fine. He did the procedure in his office and that night I slept like a baby. Swelling disappeared in a couple of days and was a great feeling. His crew from the front desk to the exam room was just as attentive and pleasant. Ii would highly recommend his practice if you're in need of a great foot doctor.

Dr. Leff is by far one of the most influential, informative, doctors out there, due to the excellent service and care received from him! Great medical office (COVID FRIENDLY), all of the staff are welcoming and professional! You will definitely feel at comfort, I am so glad I chose him and his facility for my surgery, and for inquiries my family members had for their experience.

Best dr for bunions, and everyone in the office was nice!

I had two bunions surgically removed . My first-foot surgery was in August of 2017. It took about 6 weeks to heel halfway and then I had my second foot surgery done. Dr. Randy Leff is an exceptional Surgeon. The recuperation time Was faster than I expected. The office staff is fantastic and extremely helpful. They called and made sure I was doing alright after both surgeries. Dr. Randy Leff made me feel comfortable. I recommend Dr Leff to anyone that is thinking to have this procedure.

Inexplicably started billing me higher for simply shaving down a painful callus that re-occurs the size of a pellet. Had been seeing him for years getting this done bi-annually. Was considering him doing surgery on my foot. Not only will he not be doing any surgery I will never be going back here again. And if your smart I implore you not to as well. The receptionist is crude and very short with patients, This procedure takes all of 5 min. ll have my wife do it before I provide another dime
