Dr. Miles made me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. He was assuring and very knowledgable. His patience made me feel heard. Exactly what I expect from my doctors.

I took my mother to Mass General Hospital for her annual mammogram, and Dr. Miles handled her treatment. My mother has allowed me to write this on her behalf: "As an immigrant coming to America, I was raised never to seek medical attention unless life threatening. This has made me very scared of doctors. My daughter and regular doctor pushed me to get a checkup with Dr. Miles at the Mass General Hospital this year. After a scan showed worse results, I was very scared of what my outcome was. Dr. Miles and his staff made my fears disappear. Even though I do not speak English very well, Dr. Miles took extra time to explain all the tests and results making sure I knew everything going on with my body. He was very kind, careful, and knowledgeable and I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor." Dr. Miles was very patient with my mother knowing that she has physical limitations and a language barrier. I would recommend anyone to seek Dr. Miles as a first option.

Dr. Miles was amazing. He performed my breast biopsy after an abnormal mammogram. I was a little afraid at first because he looks so young, but he was VERY knowledgeable. He took his time, explained everything that he was seeing on the ultrasound machine, and completed the procedure without any issues. I felt no pain! He was very comforting and informed me about what to expect afterwards. I honestly wish other doctors were as caring.
