Dr. Randy Xun, MD

I had an appointment with Dr. Randy Xun recently, and unfortunately, the experience was far from positive. While I cannot speak to their technical skills, I was extremely unsatisfied and disappointed by the doctor’s attitude and approach to patient care.From the beginning, Dr. Randy Xun seemed disinterested in my concerns. When I explained my concerns and stressed my want for proactivity and asked questions about potential diagnoses, the doctor responded in a way that was dismissive and smug. It was clear they had already made up their mind about the 'plan of action' (which was to have no plan) without taking the time to fully listen or engage with a conversation. When I tried to ask for clarification on aspects of a treatment plan, the doctor’s responses were condescending and lacked any real depth.Effective communication, compassion, and the ability to listen are essential qualities for any healthcare provider. Unfortunately, Dr. Randy demonstrated none of these qualities.
