Dr Paul is one of the most knowledgable, kind, empathetic doctors I have ever met. Yes, he's old school but I love that about him. I started seeing him as a cancer patient that had so many issues because of contracting COVID during my chemo. He was so diligent to address every concern. He calls in prescriptions before I even make it to the pharmacist! The office staff is so kind and helpful, I love this place. Thank you to everyone there!

Worst Front Desk@Dr. Paul
I took an appt for my son to get a diagnosis of him not breathing properly. But Dr. Paul was not there so I met the Nurse practitioner. She was great. I asked her to give me a referral to a specialist. She was ready to do the same but when I came to the front desk, they said, we will call your Specialist and give everything. But nothing was done by the front desk and my teenage son missed a very important appointment with a Specialist. All Dr. Paul's front desk had to call or write a diagnosis so that I can go to a specialist and take care of the issue. I had to call the front desk multiple times and they kept giving some excuses why it is taking time to call a specialist. I asked about a written note about the diagnosis. The front desk would not do it. I think any PCP should give me a note/letter about my diagnosis. That has nothing to do with a referral.  Dr. Paul may be a nice guy, but he needs to fix issues with Front desk employees.

Ten years ago, Dr. Paul gave me life saving care, when a home health nurse used poor technique and seeded my port with MRSA, requiring hospitalization. Since then, I have continued as his patient and have taken my son and my 86 year old mother to him. He is courteous and one of the kindest physicians I have encountered. My late husband was a physician and he also admired Dr. Paul. I highly recommend!
