Our appointment was delayed a month because Stanford misread our insurance thinking we were individual vs. group coverage. Then in seeing Dr. Advani she basically gave up because of statistically those over 60 do not do well and he was 62. Since we had already started treatment her response was to say let's wait and see what happens. Waiting and seeing what happens in cancer treatment is deadly. We were told she was tops in the field of Lymphoma so we blindly thought she would help him and instead it cost my husband his life.
