Dr. Ranjana Sarma, MD

The doctor is great, she explains everthing very well and asked my daughter question. However her staff is not friendly and unorgainized, the office really could use an update, it is very dull and not inviting. Extremely difficult to get an appointment or even have someone answer the phone at all.

Dr. Alaniz gave us great service. Gave the attention to my son and listened to what he had to say. Office staff is the same but Dr. Alaniz was excellent. I am very special with the doctors and my son and I approved of the way Dr. Alaniz attended us.

Office staff is so unorganized, unprofessional and give little to no care for patients. They never answer the phone and it’s very difficult to schedule appointments or request refills on prescriptions. Only get the PA at every visit.

Terrible office personnel who care little for their patient. They will often not answer the phone nor get the patients prescription administered on time.

Absolutely terrible, had a girl in training deliver important medical news to us in our room. Afterwards she came in and asked if we had any questions. The absolute worst experience I have EVER had. So unprofessional

This is the only pediatric endocrinologist in our area so we have no choice but to go there. The office staff is rude and disorganized. The assistants stare at the computer while talking to you. We have never seen the doctor only the PA and the fax system does not accept documents so we are unable to get results. The staff actually told us they were too busy to walk to the next office to get results and yet we saw six people sitting around.

3 hours with appointment before anyone will see you.. You would be better of driving to a better specialist in Corpus. same rather drive there than wait for substandard care from the Never present Dr Sarma or her untrained minions. She has no business practicing with such a mediocre staff and bad attitude. If she was a genius you could overlook the bad staff, but she is definitely NOT. Schedule elsewhere... even in Reynosa you would be better served.

Dr. Is a sweetheart. She is very nice with patient,bur never come to see my child with her file in hands. Seens like she doesn't know what she will do. I never followed results with her with results in hand. Too nice but aggressive in help... I will no longer take my kid to her care because her staff. They don't answer phone. They are disorganized,Not friendly and waiting room is too dirty. I left 4 messages to Dr.Sarma to call me and she never did. I will not to myself and my kid in stress.

I would say nothing against Dr. Sarma but after reading the reviews which i should have done the first time, she should be held accountable for her staff. LOCAL IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER! ANYONE WITH MEDICAID THERE IS OFFICES UPSTATE, IF YOU QUALIFY MEDICAID WILL PAY THE GAS BY MILEAGE FOR YOUR TRIP, ALONG WITH PLACES LIKE RONALD MCDONALD WHO WILL GIVE YOU A FREE PLACE TO STAY IF THE APPOINTMENT IS MORE THAN 50MI FROM YOUR HOME. PLEASE LOOK INTO ALL OTHER OPTIONS BEFORE VISITING THIS DR'S OFFICE.
