Receptionist
The male receptionist has been nothing but professional in the decade that I have been seeing Dr. Wadwa. He has faxed items for me and has been very receptive to assist me with completion of the task. People reading the negative reviews about him should disregard them. Maybe the negative reviews were written by rude entitled individuals that themselves were the issue not him!!!!

This was not a very professional doctor. They don't follow up with you at all. Never called me to go over my blood work and cancelled two appointments.

Highly recommended
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made to feel comfortable. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Dr. Wadhwa was friendly and professional, and she made me feel at ease and took the time to really listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. She was knowledgeable and thorough. Overall, I would highly recommend this doctor's office to anyone in need of a rheumatologist. The staff is friendly and compassionate, and the quality of care is top-notch.

Very bad impression at the first call to the offic
After my labs results, I has been refered to this doctor for next steps. My primary doctor's office's staff told me that this specialist will be contacting me for the next appoiment. After almost 3 weeks waiting, I decided to call them and ask for the appoiment date, but the person who answered the call (male staff) had very rought answers and very unproffesional way to ask for my info. I denied it and hanged out. To be the representative of the office, first impression was horrible; I feel very sorry for Dr. Wadhwa without knowing her yet, but to be honest, I won't go to her and won't even recoment her. She can be the best, but I don't think anybody with a health issue deserves this type of extra stress from office staff.

Over Time
I was a patient for 2+ years. Dr. kindly explained issues, medications & blood draw results in a way that I understood. For me, that is an important part of my visit. The issues arose when the front office personnel (male employee) constantly acted as he ran the show. Numerous times I left a message to speak to Dr. and front office staff (male employee) would return my call NOT Dr. I was forced to no longer see Dr. due to unhealthy treatment. In my opinion, the Dr. in any practice that I go to, makes the rules, NOT the office staff. It takes a very special human to work in a position such as front desk. (I have experience personally) It’s very sad.

At my first visit with Dr. Wadhwa I was introduced to her staff. The gentleman sitting at the front desk gave me papers to fill out and asked me if I needed any help. I was then introduced to the Doctor who made me feel very comfortable. I’ve been going there now for two years and highly recommend Dr. Wadhwa and her staff has always been warm and friendly.

I see Dr. Wadhwa every 3 months for a medical condition. I find her medical recommendations to be helpful and spot on. Dr. Wadhwa explains everything in detail that a person can understand. She also listens to my concerns and takes those into consideration when prescribing medication and treatment. Her staff is so nice and respectful. Calls are returned in a timely matter. Office is clean and I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. I'm happy that I found her and will continue to have her as my doctor.

I’ve been a patient for over 15 years. She was the only doctor to correctly diagnose my significantly painful issue. Congenial and receptive, I’ve had no issues of not being heard, on the contrary. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Office staff. The man ( who is Dr. Wadhwas husband who is the office manager) is rude and nasty!! He cuts you off!! Refuses to give his name and refuses to let you speak with the office manager and refuses to give office manager name. ( Again he is the office manager and Dr. Wadhwas husband) I'm guessing he is nasty because he lives in his wife's shadow. Be an adult and get some manners! Don't waste your time, your money or your breathe going to that office. They need to get actually adults in there to work.

Dr Wadwha us a very good Doctor but if at all possible do not use Altus Infusion to receive your infusions or shots they lied to me and without my permission charged my copay over $1400.00 to a copay assistance company. They are not to be trusted!!! I really don't think Dr Wadwha is aware of what that company is doing. I hope to make her aware of it. Please if you had any bad experience bwith Altus let people know.

Dr. Wadhwa was great! She was able to give me a diagnosis when 6 previous doctors were unable to do so in the last 4 months! I found the front desk receptionist to be kind, knowledgeable, and efficient, doing the work of 3 people in most other medical offices. I was able to get an appointment in less than 3 weeks from my phone call. I could not be more satisfied with the professional care I was given.

Dr was not too bad but her husband is trying to run this practice on the back of a match book. They appear they do not want to spend the money to have a professional practice. Got to save money and patients should take care of themselves and get their own approvals for care. Not our problem it’s your problem. Would recommend you find another specialist who is willing to spend the necessary amount of money to run a Professional Practice.
