He will not treat yo, don't go to Dominican Hospt.
After waiting 7 hours to have my child seen for gash in her eye, she was turned away because her eye gash had already closed up. We were at Urgent Care first, and they recommended we go to the ER for stitches - the glue they used didn't work. They removed the glue and we headed to the ER. The wounded had closed superficially but we don't know what was underneath. This was a big gash on her eye and scarring was a big factor for wanting a good stitching job. He came in and after me telling him why we where there, he said 'Do you really want to risk your child dying from a reaction to the sedative we would need to give her to do stitches, or live with a scar?' I was so taken aback by that comment, how do you say 'yes' in a moment like that? You don't. By the way, she's had two other surgeries and has been sedated for two procedures related to her underlying health condition. The first words out of your moth are 'Dying' ??? Wow. Such a rude doctor, I will never go back to Donmin

Never go to Dominican ER – Feb 21, 2025

Extremely entitled and rude
Had a broken bone and came in to get help. I was trying to joke around with this doctor and keep it light and he was not having it. He ended up storming of the room until I was “ready”. He needs to figure out a better bedside manner.

dismissive and completely unhelpful. did not address my needs or make me feel welcome at all. the nurse was the same way. both seemed annoyed that i was in the hospital to begin with. it’s bad enough ending up in the hospital on vacation but for the doctors to treat you like a burden is just a slap in the face.

Dismissive
Terribly dismissive, did not listen to symptoms which included 102 fever for 5 days. He kept emphasizing that the ER is for acute problems. Not sure why an ongoing fever of 5 days did not register with him as an acute problem. Most people do not go to the ER for a leisure way to spend the afternoon! He acted as if I was a burden on his time. Trust me, I do not preference being at the ER instead of with my family getting a Christmas tree and feeling good.

All night waiting for a Doctor
After 2 days of excruciating pain in my back, side, and groin, My wife drove me to Dominican Hospital around midnight. I was happy to get into a room quickly, and appreciated all that the staff and my nurse did for me. My pain was brutal, and I was given intravenous pain medication. After that, I laid there for 4 hours before Dr. Sing and an associate arrived to see me. A quick visit, a couple questions, he diagnosed me with Sciatica. A couple prescriptions were issued, and I was out of there. I had thought my symptoms more resembled kidney stones, but I believed him, after all he's the Doctor. The pain persisted, and was the worst pain I think anyone can imagine. Even the heavy opioids barely helped. I spent another agonizing day and night at home, literally going crazy with pain, still completely bedridden until the morning of the 5th day, I got up, and and within minutes the pain 100% disappeared. What was a dribble of a urine output was restored. It was a kidney stone whole time.

I came into the emergency room due to incredible pain in my left arm. I couldn't lift my arm, twist, or take away from my left side. it was near 1:00 a.m. and I had lived with this discomfort for 48 hours at this point. I hadn't slept the last two nights and couldn't take anymore. my hope was that it was late enough and not a weekend night that the ER could spend time helping me. that was farthest from the truth. Dr. Singh came to greet me ( they didn't put me in a room. instead out in the ER overflow. they only had 2 beds taken at the time.) he was obviously irritated that he had to see me. His tone was clipt and he spent a whole 5 minutes ridiculing me. His words, " So you thought you would come to the ER at 1:08 because your arm hurts?" he had someone shadowing him that evening as well. the only test he gave me was to squeeze his hand. Okaaaaay. He told me to take Advil and it would get better.. here is where he really got irritated.. I'm a bariatric patient.. we c
