Seven months since a colonoscopy and the doctor demands additional payment to learn the results. She also refused to forward the results to my PCP if I didn't see her for the long-delayed followup. She is almost impossible to understand in person and I knew the teleconference would be a waste of time because I can't understand her on the telephone. All Croiteru cares about is money. I will not darken her door again.

Great doctor, but the staff...have left many messages with my name and number asking them to get back to me but so far, nothing. They haven't even returned messages to my PCP at his requests.!

Besides the terrible and dated office, the awful wait time and all the crazy bureaucracy to be able to get an appointment with Dr. Croitoru (including having a pre-appointment and taking ALL my current prescriptions physically), I was charged $500.- USD for ONE consultation, where the only thing I got was advice from the doctor, nothing more. It's the most preposterous and unprofessional service I have ever received from a doctor in my life.

I have already recommended Dr. Croitoru to both family and friends. She takes time and really seems to want to fix whatever is wrong. I LOVE her staff, they are friendly and professional. I receive follow up calls to simply see how I am feeling, that is not something I have experienced with any other doctor or office.

She is money hungry! Only cares about how much you can pay her and how fast! Her staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. The office is straight out of the 80's and it looks like it's the last time it was cleaned! Will never go back!!
