Dr. Rasheshkumar Dholakia, MD

Our daughter started seeing Dr. Dholakia in 2015, and there has not been a single time when we’ve felt back-burnered since. He goes above and beyond - when there’s an emergency, it’s usually after-hours and/or on the weekend, but we are always able to speak with him within half an hour or less. Several times I’ve literally realized day of that we’re out of meds - one call to Dr. D and I’ve got CVS texting me an hour later that it’s ready. I can’t recommend him highly enough. On top of being an exceptional doctor, he’s an exceptional human being.

Worst doctor ever! Overpriced and did nothing to help my daughter. Prescribed medication that he admitted wouldn’t help. She ended up in the hospital for that bad mistake! Sorry we wasted so much time here.

I've been seeing Dr. Dholakia for over a year now and is the best provider I've had to date. He is knowledgeable, caring, and feels like a partner. The wait times are always very short and the staff is nice.

Dr. Dholakia, is exceptional. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Our teen is early in her treatment with Dr. Dholakia, but feels very comfortable with him and as parents, we trust his expertise.

Dr Dhalakia sends out a review request after the first appointment! In this line of works that’s not near enough time to properly evaluate his services! Now I understand the over inflated five stars! So sorry we trusted in him to care for our child.

Dr. Dholakia has been our son's doctor for 3 1/2 years and we trust him 100%. He cares about the children, he understands, listens, and offers solutions. We have a great pediatrician but I wouldn't trust anyone other than Dr. D. to manage his medications. Very thankful for him. We are blessed to have found him. He is worth the drive from Volusia County...........

Dr. Dholakia is a amazing Dr. He takes his time to listen and understand me. He was able to tell a lot more about me by observing me and when I talk to him. He if efficient in answering all the questions and concerns with everything and anything. He simply is awesome and will continue to see him and keep Dr.Dholakia as my primary Physician. I am glad to have met him and he saw me under the 10mins and took his time during my first evaluation. The staff and Dr. Dholakia are all very understanding and helpful and always get welcomed with a great smile n care. He is very efficient in his work. He cares for all his patients.

My son has been with Dr. Dholakia for just under 3 years and I drive from Deland to see him. He is an amazing Physician who is vey knowledgeable and honestly cares about his patients and the parents. He listens. He responds. He has a conversation. All of which Are very important when it comes to my sons health and well-being. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Dholakia is a fantastic human being. He goes above and beyond, and is always very accessible and returns calls and emails personally. It is simply unheard of in today’s climate! Our daughter is doing very well thanks to his expertise and care. We are so happy with his kindness and knowledge.

Dr. Dholakia is deeply knowledgeable and open minded. He's also incredibly intelligent and really listens to the patient before jumping to a diagnosis. You get the impression he wants to help the people he comes across. He's helped our family immensely. He is the real deal and I would highly recommend him. His staff is also excellent and the office is comfortable and clean.

Dr. Dholakia is hands-down one of the most thorough practitioners I know in the diagnostic arena for the gamut of mental health issues. He is conservative, practical and systematic in his approach with a genuine concern for his patients welfare. I came to see him as an adult after having been treated by countless others with minimal progress. He has fleshed out the underlying problems that went years undetected. He is one of a kind.

Dr. Dholakia is amazing! He listens and really figures out the best ways to help without just giving medication. That was very important to me because I didn't want to put my child on medication unless I absolutely had to. He explains everything thoroughly and is a great person to have on our team!! He has really helped change my son's life for the better and my son loves going to see him. He is always available to us and you get to talk directly to him when needed! He is the best!!

Here, I finally found a psychiatrist interested and committed to treating my whole child, not to just dispense medication. Dr. Dholakia is friendly, informative, and willing to answer all questions and listen to the child’s ideas. He is also happy to work with other providers to ensure great care across all disciplines.
