The first time I visited I was given a brief physical after explaining a couple of the things I was feeling. I was checked out and was told that I would be called in for an ultrasound and blood work. I never got any of the referrals and when I came back for my follow up, I waited for over an hour just to be seen by another doctor and be told that they don't do ultrasounds there and I would have to be referred out. From there I was able to get the ultrasound and bloodwork and was then referred to a CAT scan. I had to call to get any results about my test and the doctor didn't even talk to me about them. I also talked to her about wait gain problems and said she was going to prescribe something for me but she never wrote it down, never sent it in, never followed up, and after 4 calls still don't have any information. I've had to call for over a month for them to change a billing code to quest diagnostics because they are billing me for shots I was never told about or revieved!!!! 0/10

I love Dr. Reid. She always spends more than enough time with me and has a very calm and caring demeanor, while also being honest if she needs to refer me to a Specialist. The office is new, and very spacious and clean and her staff is friendly and competent. In addition to Dr. Reid, I love the multi-cultural atmosphere of this office. They play background music that I can’t help but hum along & tap my foot to rather than the monotonous elevator music of so many local offices. It makes for a welcoming and enjoyable experience when I am there. :)

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Reid. I needed a pcp, & my ob/gyn recommended Dr. Reid. She seemed pleasant enough during the first visit. But the "complete physical" was brief & barely adequate. The second visit was to go over results of bloodwork she'd sent me for. At that time I talked to her about a persistent yeast infection I had, asked her for a referral to an ENT because I'm hard of hearing, as well as a referral to a psychiatrist for my clinical depression. She said she'd provide all of those. I double-checked at the receptionists' desk as I was leaving & was told "You'll get that later." She never called in a prescription to my pharmacy & never gave me a referral to an ENT or a psychiatrist. I called her office twice & left voicemail. My husband even called & left voicemail. I emailed her on her website's portal. I've never heard from her again. Obviously she had no desire to be my pcp. I wish she'd been honest enough to tell me that instead of lying to me.

It was amazing. When I read the other responses I was completely blown away. This was not my experience. De. Reid was so attentive, patient, kind and she spent a great amount of time with me and allowed me to be a part of my treatment plan. She deserves a 10 star rating. Thank you Dr. Reid for providing excellent and exceptional care and concern for me!

I have nothing good to say about Dr. Reid. She never once introduced herself, she had poor bedside manners, and when I asked her for information she was very disrespectful and didn't want to explain the procedures or plans that were going on.
