Won’t recommend
Very unprofessional, raised her voice during few of the visits, very disrespectful. She minimizes on the report what I told her and claimed to have done tests that were not done. She cuts and pastes what other doctors have said on my medical record as if she discovered it. I told her I was in severe pain constantly, her report said, handling pain very well. She said she doesn’t do disability, said there was not tab on her pc for Disabilty. So I complained on the survey, went to another doctor, only then she gives me the lowest rating on disability. Only after giving poor rating, magically she can now do Disabilty or revenge. Wouldn’t recommend her to pull out a splinter.

Answer the phone!!!
I'm a patient of Dr. Sood. And I like her. I've been calling for 2 days now. Someone picked up the phone yesterday a.m. & hung it up. 2 different times. Then I got a recording. Late afternoon I left a vm that it was important that I get an appt. Still nothing. This a.m. the phone just rings forever. Can someone please answer the phone?!! NOTE . . . THEY HAVE OFFSITE PEOPLE THAT DO THEIR SCHEDULING. This is NO reflection on their office staff . . . who are wonderful!!

Follow up problems
My 91 yr old father has been very satisfied with Dr Sood and staff in general but recently lab results showed a uti. He was given prescription for a week. Did another lab test after completing the script which showed the infection still present. I saw results online at end of week and called the refill line Monday morning to get a refill on prescription. No script was called into pharmacy so I called on Wednesday and left voice message at front desk, no response. On Thursday I sent message through the portal, no response. On the following Monday I again sent message through portal, no response. On Wednesday I stopped in personally. Dr Sood was not in but I was told she would be messaged. Now 2:15 Thursday and pharmacy shows no call in. No responded to my contact and no notification of lab results. If I had not gone online he would have never know the results.

Best Primary Care Doctor EVER!
I have been under Dr. Sood's care for almost a year, and she is hands-down the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She is proactive in reaching out to make sure that diagnostic follow ups are happening and welcomes questions. Also, she is informative, non-judgmental, and understands how to demonstrate empathy with people. Very thankful for her!

Good doctor and a good human
Dr. Sood was an absolute pleasure to have as a physician. As someone who struggles with severe medical anxiety, I have long put off my regular check ups. I found Dr. Sood online and despite my concerns with her negative reviews, I went ahead and called her office. I was able to get an appointment with her within the month. Upon entering the office I was met by a welcoming and kind front desk staff. My nurse was also understanding about my anxieties and respected my wishes to not be weighed (yes you can do that). Dr. Sood had an excellent bedside manner. I felt safe to open up about my anxieties and she helped put them at ease by conversing with me as you would a friend. Perhaps the most pleasant and surprising aspect of the visit was Dr. Sood’s body positive and HAES (health at every size) like approach. What a breathe of fresh air to be treated as more than my BMI. If you are looking for a primary care physician and want a nonjudgmental, kind, and personable doctor look no further.

Unhappy Patient
I had a visit with her one time didn't care for her. Called the office to schedule am appointment they were going to make it with her told them I prefer not see her I had seen her once before didn't care for her. Took the appointment with her cause I was very sick wouldn't be able to be seen by Dr. Eversley for 2 months. I new I shouldn't of took they appointment with her the most unprofessional, rude, uncaring provider I have ever seen. I walked out here it is a month later I haven't received any care or medication for bronchial asthma / copd cause of the disrespect from this woman. She even lies in the notes about what took place unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend seeing her. I also worked for numerous providers in my past I do have experience the way a provider should be with their patient it was uncalled for the way she treated me.

Quality Patient Care
My appointment with Dr. Sood was happenstance; there was no referral. She was an unknown. I was a little nervous because of past experiences with another GP. My fears were alleviated once I started my consult with Dr. Sood. She was thorough and listened. When it came to a gray topic, she offered her recommendation but conceded this was something that I, as the patient, could decide. She was directive with other issues. Dr. Sood clearly practices patient empowerment and education. I appreciate her acknowledging boundaries that were hard or soft-lined. I am happy with my visit and plan to make her my PM moving forward. The front desk area was also a pleasant experience. I have zero complaints.

Over 3 years and she still does not know my medical conditions, why she is prescribing medications. My records has been at the same office for over 15 years and I was happy until she took over my cases.
