This staff is very incompetent. They do not have any communication skills. They do not listen, they talk over you, and are rude. They make appointments for you and do not tell you, or call you. They have problems sending in important prescription refills. I constantly have to call them to “remind” them when we had just left the office. Looking for a better Dr. Office, whom has a component and respectful staff.

Physician is consistently late for appointments . That’s not saying 10-15 minutes late but hours ! His office staff is clueless . Unable to reach the office easily . It’s been very frustrating trying get care for my father -in-law . We will be looking for another primary .

Dr Gaiona is great, understanding your needs, quick to the point. Being 60 for the first time and things start to feel different, I freaked out! Turns out years of fast food are no longer in my diet and salt totally out... Now I feel better and know slowing down is part of life. Thank you Dr Raul Gaona

I am so Fortunate & Lucky to have found Dr.G.,Jr.!!! On my initial visit he recognized my very major health problem. When I thought it was due to a cold, my vertigo, & other incidental symptoms,,, he pretty much saved my life that day! I am eternally grateful & getting better!! He's Beautiful & Brilliant!!!
