Dr. Holguin let me have a very good follow up visit. He was very thorough and didn’t rush. He answered all of my questions and set me up for tests that he thought I should have. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend him.

Dr. Holguin is thorough and takes the time to listen. Dr. Holguin has never made me feel rushed. He's seen me through a very tough time. If you are in need of a primary care physician, he's definitely worth looking into.

This doctor is more concerned with his computer entries than my concerns. His nurse does not fill prescriptions the doctor orders. Prescriptions are called into the pharmacy now not written. This means it could be days till the nurse calls them in, she also got mine WRONG! My sister went to this so called doctor on my referral; She had a pain in her shoulder, and her leg hurt. The nurse told her it was an acute visit and she could only tell the doctor one complaint. Sick.

Actually the Office staff is what I give a poor rating. I have been trying to set up mail order service since June or July. I even had my Mail order service fax over a request for needed prescriptions to fill with all needed information to make it easy to do.. Instead of acknowledging the fax and replying to it and after several calls from me, the office staff finally called in a 90 day script to my local pharmacy instead of a 30 day as requested, So I still do not have a mail order set up.

Dr. Holguin is okay and his nurse is nice. The staff at the front desk however is a nightmare. Been there twice, had to deal with them several times over the phone. Rude, unhelpful, and do not follow through. Had to get lab work, gave them a week to send it, even called and was told it would be there. It was not, girl at the front desk had to call to get it sent. Had to get a referral to a specialist, they said they would sent it to my insurance. Waited two weeks, was not sent. Unprofessional
