Has a lot of experience and is nice!
Dr. Soto is nice and understanding of my previous misadventures with other providers. He now has a great office staff of his own, Michelle. A lot of the info on here is old, but I was able to get help at the office by University Blvd.

Best psychiatrist ever
Telehealth
Dr. Raul soda Acosta is by far the best psychiatrist I have ever been to and I’ve been too many. He is very knowledgeable with medication, his personal, kind and also has a great sense of humor. What makes him extra special is he doesn’t just see you as a patient he sees you as an individual. If he ever leaves, the office he currently is working at. I will surely follow him. He’s that special to me. He definitely saved my life.

My visits are fine, its the follow-through that sucks. He doesnt order my meds at all, wont return phone calls or emails. Ever since he has partnered with "The Practice" he is doesnt pay attention to what is happening with his patients. Im leaving his office and if you are looking at him as a doctor, dont. You will never get the help that is needed because he's not available.

You can never reach their office to make an appointment. For a month after Thanksgiving, they still have a recorded message that they are closed for Thanksgiving. His recorded message says you can leave a message after the tone but you never a tone to record a message and your call is disconnected. Don't bother fooling with this group.

Been with Dr. Aosta for many years he listens and really works with patient. Very kind funny personality. Don't freak if he forgets to call something in, he has packed schedule but if you call he fixes it. Really like office staff currently very helpful & kind especially Mitch.
